The Relaxation Zone with dry and wet saunas, a graduation tower, a tepidarium and a caldarium is open to children aged 7 and over. From 17:00 there is a silence zone in the Relaxation Zone and only adults can use it. Admission is additionally payable and amounts to PLN 25/2h for an adult and PLN 15/2h for a child.

Please note that the property accepts pets, the fee is PLN 150/day/for 1 pet (on request, the property provides a bowl, a bed, a current vaccination booklet is required upon check-in).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Głośne prace budowlane bezpośrednio przed hotelem w każdy roboczy dzień od 7 rano. Brak wózków śniadaniowych przy zamawianiu śniadania do pokoju - efekt - śniadanie na 4 tacach. Brak miejsca w pokoju do zjedzenia. Brak sztućców, brak przypraw - efekt zimna jajecznica, zimna herbata. Brak półki, koszyczka pod prysznicem. Nie ma gdzie odłożyć mydła lub szczoteczki do zębów. Nieakceptowalne jest, że w lobby barze nie można złożyć zamówienia siedząc przy stoliku, tylko trzeba podchodzić do baru.
