The Relaxation Zone with dry and wet saunas, a graduation tower, a tepidarium and a caldarium is open to children aged 7 and over. From 17:00 there is a silence zone in the Relaxation Zone and only adults can use it. Admission is additionally payable and amounts to PLN 25/2h for an adult and PLN 15/2h for a child.

Please note that the property accepts pets, the fee is PLN 150/day/for 1 pet (on request, the property provides a bowl, a bed, a current vaccination booklet is required upon check-in).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Hangos, zsúfolt hotel, nagyon sok gyerekkel, kutyával, lassú liftekkel, de közvetlenül a sípályánál
Pros:

A sípálya mellett van közvetlenül, ez abszolút plusz pont. Kedves és nagyon segítőkész a személyzet, és lehet velük angolul kommunikálni, ez is nagy plusz pont. Igazán minőségi a reggeli, értékeltük a választékot! A külön fizetős wellness rész szép és jól felszerelt, külön jó, hogy gyerekek nem mehetnek be oda, így a másik wellness résszel ellentétben csendes és nyugodt. A késői check-out időpontot nagyon értékeltük, ahogy a wellness nyitvatartási időt is.

Cons:

Még sosem láttam olyan sípálya mellett lévő ilyen kategóriájú és árazású hotelt, ahol nincs normális zárható sítároló szobánként, és sícipőben kell a szobába menni/lejönni és végigmászni a szállodán minden egyes alkalommal. A liftekből nagyon kevés van a szobák számához képest, azok is nagyon-nagyon lassúak, nem volt ritka a 6-8 percet meghaladó várakozás. Ezt sürgősen meg kellene oldani! A szálloda tele van gyerekkel, akikre nem szólnak rá, így folyamatos sikongatás, rohangálás van napközben és késő este is a bárokban, lobbyban és a folyosókon is, ami teljes mértékben behallatszódik a szobákba. Ugyanígy a kutyaugatás a visszhangzó folyosóról, reggel is és este is. Ki kéne ezekre találni valamit a többi vendég érdekében, különben el fogják veszíteni a vendégkör egy részét, az ottlétünkkor is sokan panaszkodtak erre. Kellene egy vagy két emelet mondjuk, ami adults only. A parkolóhely kérdés szintén nem megoldott, amikor tele van a szálloda, nagyon messze és szabálytalanul lehet csak parkolóhelyet találni, úgy, hogy pénzt számolnak fel érte! A városba bejutáshoz pedig érdemes lenne esténként akár fizetős shuttle, mert nehéz parkolni Zakopaneban, a hotelből gyalogosan pedig igen rossz és forgalmas úton lehet csak megközelíteni a központot. A hotelnek elég szocreál feelingje van, amit igyekeztek tompítani, de sajnos csak alig sikerült.

Hotel je ideálny pre rodiny s deťmi, ktoré obľubujú lyžovanie.
Pros:

Ak sa chystáte lyžovať tento hotel sa nachádza priamo na svahu, čiže ideálne pre rodiny ktoré majú radi lyžovanie. Ak chcete ísť do mesta musíte použiť auto. Izbu sme mali veľkú priestrannú, na izbe sa nachádzala aj chladnička. Výber na raňajky veľký a bohatý, každý si vybral to svoje. Herňa pre deti veľká priestranná a vhodná pre deti v každom veku. Bazénová časť taktiež výborná, ale nedostali sme župany pre deti a pritom tam boli deti ktoré mali hotelové župany. 3 výťahy pre celý hotel, boli rýchle. Nečakali sme dlho na výťah, všetko fungovalo plynule. Recepčná a personál hotela bol milý, všetko nám vysvetlili.

Cons:

Nahlásení sme boli ako 4 členná rodina ale izbu sme mali nachystanú iba pre troch. Veľká posteľ a postieľka. Staršie (5ročné) dieťa nemalo prichystané spanie. Pritom tam bol gauč, ktorý bol rozťahovací. Neboli na izbe ani ďalšie periny na spanie ktoré by sme mohli použiť.
Večera v hoteli predražená, na jedného dospelého to v prepočte vychádzalo 42€ (180zl) na jednu osobu a na dieťa 35€ (150zl). Išli sme sa najesť radšej do mesta, kde sme zaplatili za 4 osoby oveľa menej.
Parkovisko je platené, táto informácia sa nikde na stránke nenachádzala. 50zl na deň stoji všade okolo hotela, a keďže ide o hotel ktorý je na svahu, môžete mať problém nájsť pakovanie blízko hotela. My sme si zaplatili 80zl za strážené parkovanie, ale keďže nasnežilo a rampy ostali otvorené parkovali tam aj autá ktoré to nemali zaplatené. Čiže ak ste prišli neskoro večer nemali ste kde zaparkovať. Nikto to tam nekontroloval. Tak isto státie pred hotelom na vyloženie auta, pre rýchle ubytovanie bolo permanentne obsadené. Tých miest na tak veľký hotel bolo málo a boli obsadené autami, ktoré tam nemali čo robiť. Niektoré na vyhradených miestach parkovali dlhšie ako vyznačených 15min.
