Pros:

Quiet and peaceful. (Except when there was a wedding)

Cons:

À la caret breakfast did not suit us
We prefer a small simple breakfast.

Food prep was a concern - there was a hair in my yoghurt one day

Beautiful and restful stay with delicious food and friendly and welcoming staff.
Pros:

Loved the calm, heritage atmosphere of Mt Lofty House and the thoughtful details that reinforced the attention given to ensuring guests enjoy their experience.

Exceptional accommodation and service.
Pros:

Fantastic experience, right in the heart of the Adelaide Hills. The staff and service were spectacular, with the 'house' vibe of the accommodation far exceeding anything that you would experience at a typical hotel. This is a must-do getaway for couples looking to explore the Hills - only wish we'd stayed more than two nights!

Pros:

A memorable stay at a historic house nestled amongst the Adelaide Hills. The service was great. However due to the Easter long weekend we had to pay double the room rates plus public holiday surcharges which adds up.
