Loved the calm, heritage atmosphere of Mt Lofty House and the thoughtful details that reinforced the attention given to ensuring guests enjoy their experience.

Fantastic experience, right in the heart of the Adelaide Hills. The staff and service were spectacular, with the 'house' vibe of the accommodation far exceeding anything that you would experience at a typical hotel. This is a must-do getaway for couples looking to explore the Hills - only wish we'd stayed more than two nights!
A memorable stay at a historic house nestled amongst the Adelaide Hills. The service was great. However due to the Easter long weekend we had to pay double the room rates plus public holiday surcharges which adds up.
Stunning location, luxury with a cosy feel, friendly staff who were attentive, informative and helpful at all times.
We will definitely stay here again and encourage others to experience this magnificent house and surrounds.

We had heard many great comments regarding MLH before we booked a four night stay through Luxury Escapes. Our expectation was far exceeded by such a wonderful stay. The ambience of the site and location, the professionalism of the management, the friendliness and efficiency of all of the staff and the excellent food and beverage, made our stay one to remember for years to come. Great staff such as Will at our welcome, Matteo and Nico in the bar, Georgia with the history telling, Fraser on numerous occasions around the House and Christopher on leaving at the end. And all of the other lovely staff, restaurants and housekeeping and outdoor maintenance, whose names we can’t remember. Well done to all at MLH.

We stayed for two nights and wished we stayed three, we enjoyed our stay immensely.
The staff made our stay even better, a highlight for our was the history tour with Christopher, he was very engaging and funny, not only that but it brought people together.
The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.
We had dinner at Martha Hardy’s restaurant which was delicious next time we’ll be back for the degustation.
Absolutely the best one night getaway. A beautiful place to stay with the friendliest staff, great food and everyone passionate about the place they work in. Will definitely visit again. Thankyou!
This place is in an amazing setting and an oasis of calm. The staff were all excellent.
We stayed in a Piccadilly Valley room which was very luxurious.
The food was superb. The grounds are stunning with a lovely swimming pool. We enjoyed the complimentary house tour by Will.
Had an amazing time at Mount Lofty Estate, but the real highlight was our cellar host, Christopher. His knowledge of the estate’s history was incredible — he shared stories and details that brought the whole place to life. It felt like stepping into the past while enjoying great wine. Truly exceptional service and an unforgettable experience.
