Camel's Garden Hotel

The location can’t be beat. Walk out the door to the gondola. It was great being in town and walkable to everything. The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable and breakfast was great. The only negative was that the pillows were not up to the standard of everything else.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. We have a mountain view and are right next to the ski lift even though there is no skiing yet.

The location is great, just right out of the gondola station. I was checked in by a gentleman who provided all the info in 2X speed (as he was so anxious to go back to the back room), not a welcoming and friendly person to work in the front desk. Our room, a Select room, was really spacious. However, believe or not, it doesn't come with a mini-fridge which is a standard feature for almost all hotel rooms. It has great coffee all day long (though they didn't refill decaf since late afternoon). The breakfast has mixed berries that you rarely see in other hotels. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with what we expect (eggs, sausage, bacon, potato). Parking is available underground for $20/night. Most spaces are large enough (some are a bit tight for large SUV). However, they don't have a lot of spaces and most of them are occupied throughout the day. I was worried I may not have a space if I drive out and return, so I didn't drive out at all during our stay.

Great location next to gondola and a block from shopping. Also enjoyed outdoor hot tub as sun set.

I arrived into town earlier then expected and appreciated that I could get an early check-in. The location was very convenient as it is at the base of the mountain, close to shopping, and the gondola.

Nice hotel to stay

Camel's was fantastic on every level! Quick and easy check-in, friendly, professional staff. Very clean, modern, well-appointed room with a balcony and a view of the hillside & gondola. Delicious breakfast - including salmon! Used the spacious hot tub to relax in the evenings. All around a fantastic stay!

The location is perfect

Large rooms, free breakfast, great location.
Need to improve internet. We were in Room 109 and internet did not work in room. Worked with front desk to reset router, but did not work.

Exceptional in every possible way, best stay of this whole 8 day trip! Perfect location right next to gondola/mountain also.

The hotel room was comfy, couldnt get fireplace to work, hot tub was relaxing, brekfast staff not welcoming or friendly, front deak staff was inviting, love the convenience of the location

Nice, high quality rooms and lobby. Friendly staff. Excellent free breakfast with bagels, lox, and capers plus the usual fare.

Just want to say property really staff was very supportive and we did late check in but they helped very well and room was clean and neat and location in. Very heart of city

Great central location near town. Clean room with a/c and a fireplace. Nice bathroom with large tub. Hot tub also available. Substantial free breakfast. Parking available for a fee. Near shopping and dining. Right near the free gondola ride to mountain village. Amazing views.

Room was nice and clean. I thought the pillows were flat. I ended up using the decor pillow to sleep on as it was the fluffiest. Beds are real high off the ground which is great for tall people. No refrigerator - big miss. very convenient to the lift and was in a nice area. Parking was limited and we barely got the last spot.

It was a great location in a beautiful town. Check in could have been better did not provide clear information on parking. Wasted our time unfortunately.

Imperfect location

Loved this Hotel. Loved the size and location! The staff was friendly and helpful with information. Rooms were nicely appointed and cozy. We will definitely be back to Telluride and will stay here again.
