Amazing location just few steps from the centrum. Views from the bar and the restaurant were beautiful. Food in the restaurant was very tasty. Everyone working in the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved our stay :)
Pillows were not very comfy but that’s a preference. Also we booked wrong room and it was too small, but that was my own fault :)
Vis-a-vis besuchen wir regelmässig wenn wir in Italien oder auf dem Weg in die Toskana sind. Wir sind begeistert vom freundlichen Empfang mit dem Valet Parkservice für das Auto mit ausladen des Gepäcks und Transport aufs Zimmer. Unsere Zimmer waren bisher immer frisch renoviert und sehr schön mit Klima. Das Frühstück war immer sehr gut mit einer großen Auswahl und Zubereitung nach Wunsch.
Besser geht kaum.
Einmalige Lage mit Blick auf Altstadt und Bucht. Altstadt gut erreichbar zu Fuss ( Lift )

Kamer, ontbijt, restaurant, zwembad, vriendelijkheid personeel, alles was super!
De badkamer was goed maar niet erg groot.
Les photos ne rendent pas justice à cette vue exceptionnelle sur les deux baies de Sestri Levante. On a la vue depuis les chambres, lorsqu'on déjeune et même à partir de la piscine.
Le personnel est très aimable et à l'écoute.
La nourriture au niveau du restaurant et du buffet du petit déjeuner pourrait améliorée.
Fantastisk utsikt! Vi hade ett dubbelrum med balkong och havsutsikt men även restaurangen och baren har en osannolikt fin utsikt.
Trevligt poolområde. God frukost, mycket att välja på inklusive mycket frukt, men allt man kan önska sig finns.
Hotellet saknar tillgång till egen strand för havsbad.
Hotellet rekommenderar en strandklubb som är hutlöst dyr. EUR 80 för två strandsängar och parasoll. EUR 120 om man vill ligga på främre delen närmare vattnet. En riktig ripoff och inte värt priset.

Terrible experience. I was unable to sleep for the entire night because of the loud noise of water running through the pipes. The disturbance continued uninterrupted until morning, making it impossible to get any rest.
What is even worse is that, after I reported the issue, the hotel did absolutely nothing to address it. In fact, it became clear that they were already aware of the problem. I find it unacceptable that such a serious issue, capable of completely ruining a guest’s stay, was ignored without any attempt to intervene or offer a solution.
An unacceptable situation that I would not expect even from a run-down one-star hotel.
Esperienza pessima. Non sono riuscita a dormire per tutta la notte a causa del forte rumore dell’acqua che scorreva nelle tubature. Il disturbo è durato ininterrottamente fino al mattino, rendendo impossibile riposare.
La cosa più grave è che, una volta segnalato il problema, l’hotel non ha fatto assolutamente nulla per risolverlo. Anzi, è apparso evidente che ne fossero già a conoscenza. Trovo inaccettabile che un inconveniente così serio, capace di compromettere completamente il soggiorno degli ospiti, venga ignorato senza alcun tentativo di intervento o soluzione.
Una situazione inaccettabile, che non mi aspetterei nemmeno da un albergo fatiscente a una stella.
The hotel Vis a Vis is wonderful. The staff are great. Food excellent. And the views of the bay so beautiful. It is an experience to be repeated time and again, as we have done over the last quarter century. It just gets better and better. If you want to walk the hotel is a very good base. if you just want to browse around the old town its minutes walk away. Just a great place!
This is a lovely hotel with the most spectacular views over Sestri Levante. We spent a week here and loved it! Drinks on the terrace at sunset are a must. There is plenty of choice at breakfast and they arranged an excellent packed breakfast for us when we had to leave early to catch our flight home. The hotel, like a lot of Italian hotels, is a little old fashioned but the service and location were both great and we’ll definitely return. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
The room was well appointed. The guaranteed 3PM check in did not happen at 3:45PM when we arrived. Paola, the manager was apologetic & offered us a free cocktail at the bar which was nice gesture. The entire staff was very pleasant and helpful. The sun was in our eyes & they pulled down a shade which we appreciated. The Matri'd in the dinning room was unfriendly in my opinion. Upon check out I was told we had to pay 15 Euros per day for parking!!!!! No where did it state on the confirming reservation that parking was additional. Our stay concluded with this sour taste.
