We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all so helpful.
The room rate was very reasonable and we were offered an upgrade to a suite for a small extra amount and it was well worth it.
The pool was warm and a great experience.
The location is fantastic, with the Winter Gardens, peace garden and plenty of shops and restaurants very close by.

Asked ahead of time for a cot in room and it was delivered to room before we arrived.

The rooms are quite dated, could do with a refresh for the price paid.
The baby cot did not have a proper mattress, towels were put in cot for comfort however could be a hazard for babies.
Booked breakfast ahead of time for the discount price of £14pp, however when showing up for breakfast no one around to take room number or welcome to a table. Could literally walk in without paying which is a bit annoying when already paid.
Pre booked a slot for the pool however when arriving, it was not documented and had to choose a different time.
No car parking spaces available - not the hotels fault but would be a good idea to do pre-bookings so you know if you have a space or not.

The parking.
Each time you leave the car park you need to pay again.
For example if you stayed for only an hour and you wanna go out with your car you’ll have to pay for I think it was 6/12 hours of parking. And then when you come back you need to pay again as you’ve come back. So it just stacks up. Ask reception they said they can’t do anything about it
It was very centrally located, about 5 mins walk from the main train station.
