Pool really amazing
The staff were attentive and extremely polite.
The hotel was spotless. The location was superb, in the centre of everything.
The gym had everything you would need on a short stay. The pool tho small is managed well with a maximum of 8 people allowed at anytime. Superb all rounder.
The changing room for the pool is a little bit too small.

Staff so lovely. The pool is my favourite
City centre location, close to the train station was excellent. Check-in/out was easy, staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast range and quality was good, and the restaurant/bar was spacious with a decent menu. The bed was comfortable with a firm mattress, and the room was of a good size. The shower looked new and had good power, with plenty of hot water. The wifi was quick to setup and worked very well, with a large desk and comfortable office chair. The iron and board were in good condition and worked well, as did the kettle.
Although the hotel has a gym it is small, with too much disused or old equipment, and no air conditioning so it got very hot quickly. The pool is very small, more for relaxation than exercise. The room's window didn't open far and there was no air conditioning which feels poor for a hotel of this quality; the fan provided was noisy and didn't do much to cool the room overnight. The bathroom and toilet were clean but felt dated apart from the shower, and the carpets could have been cleaner (both in-room and throughout the hotel).
