Satisfactory stay
Pros:

Spacious room with large desk space and sofa, and a small fridge. Having Sainsbury next door was very convenient. Close to town centre shops, restaurants and station. With secure parking, convenient, but have to pay extra for this.

Cons:

Pool not as available as expected, closed on Friday and part of Thursday.. Bed was too firm for my liking. Staff polite, but not really engaged.

Disappointing and poor value for money
Pros:

It has a nice atmosphere with a great location and mostly friendly staff

Cons:

The room was absolutely boiling through the night and the fridge did not work, informed one member of staff about this who didn’t seem bothered by it at all

Cons:

Room was very hot, no aircon, room dated, sink was blocked and bathroom smelt. Very very noisy and lots of maintenance. They should have closed the floor or the hotel instead of trying to profit.
