I was disappointed.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

Cleanliness, lamp didn’t work, AC didn’t work. No shower hat. Needs an update and routine service. Paid for breakfast. Was packing it up before 10am. Didn’t get one. No big deal, just wanted an egg on toast.

Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic with something to suit everyone. The parking was so good and easy and the beds were so comfortable we all had the best nights sleep.

The hallways smell badly the hotel is very outdated for the money, rooms very outdated fridge didn’t really work the freezer section was frozen solid, needs an overhaul desperately there was used dinner plates etc all along the hallway not removed not a great look

Really nice pool.
The Batista Cesel ( bet I misspelt that) was terrific very friendly

Cons:

The area is a vit odd.
We also had to ask 2 days running to have the light above the bathroom vanity fixed

Bankstown hotel stay for a wedding
Pros:

Rooms comfortable, can hear people between rooms if being loud at night, bathroom a bit dated.

We had a fabulous staff member Betty who was accommodating and amazing at organzijng an extra night in same room as we were at a wedding. Thank you Betty!!!

It served its purpose.
Pros:

Convenient location. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Room was far from clean, lots of thick dust in “hidden” places like tops of PowerPoints and skirting boards. Was also hot and stuffy because the fresh air vent was blocked with thick dust.

Amazing customer service
Pros:

Good accommodation for a short stay. Customer service was amazing, staff even offered to put on a BBQ for our group of 10 kids that were playing in the pool. Buffet breakfast was also great!
