Convenient location. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Room was far from clean, lots of thick dust in “hidden” places like tops of PowerPoints and skirting boards. Was also hot and stuffy because the fresh air vent was blocked with thick dust.

Amazing customer service
Pros:

Good accommodation for a short stay. Customer service was amazing, staff even offered to put on a BBQ for our group of 10 kids that were playing in the pool. Buffet breakfast was also great!

Location suited us and we will stay again but attention to the bathrooms should be considered.
Pros:

The staff are excellent, friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The doors are very noisy when closing.

The lazy staff i ever met. I booked for 3 Peoples In one room with an extra charge also an extra bed but no an extra towel. I rang the room service but the receptionis asked me to pick up the towel in the reception. And also the toilet so dirty and no bottle water also there's no teaspoon at all for stir coffee or tea. I won't recomended this hotel to colleagus or friends especially family. And also have to deposit $300 only for stay one night
