Good location
The amenities in the room on arrival were poor (no moisturiser, bathroom layout terrible, teacups minuscule, only 1 wineglass in room on arrival, no towels left in room after daily service). The carpark is dangerous.
The view from our room of the ocean was incredible! The convient location to the beach and close resturants was perfect 👌 secure parking was a must for us and it was well accommodated thankyou 😀
The noise of street traffic all night was unexpected as well as the hotels air conditioner outside our room.
Location is great. Young lady at reception when we arrived early was wonderful. She was super helpful and friendly. Thank you.
That I was charged for the room when I already paid by 3rd party. I was sent messages to check in online before arriving and this is how I was charged.
The room was the noisiest ever hotel room with hearing all the traffic from 2 roads our room cornered on, trucks using compression brakes etc - Room 508. Sliding door was dirty to look at beach.
The Hash Browns and waffles were cold at breakfast no lids keeping them warm. No greeting on entry as only 1 staff that was busy at coffee machine.
In the Bathroom, shampoo, body wash was nailed next to hand basin so had to step out of shower to use them - dangerous.
There happy hour didn’t include beers or wines what a joke and breakfast didn’t include coffee ie short black cappuccino

Left for us soap to clean dishes in the last day .

It says it sleeps 3 but the pull out bed was filthy.
Also advised as beach view but you had to crane your neck to see the beach.

We had to call and remind the front desk before our room was cleaned. Cleaning could be better.
We paid quite a bit for a Premier room but got a
normal room.
The lower priced room had a microwave, 2 wash basins etc
