Cons:

Cobwebs all along the outside balcony. No fan in the bathroom so it steamed up a lot. No toilet brush to clean poo skid marks from my gross hubby.

Late in the day tidying/restocking room. Bathroom nowhere to store toiletries with 2 sinks and no underneath cabinet. Shower mould in grout.

Great location
Pros:

Our first time visiting Cronulla. Staff were excellent, we received an upgrade to an oceanview room. Hotel is in a great location, easy walking to restaurants etc.

Lovely short break in this fab hotel, to explore Cronulla and surrounds. Loved it!
Pros:

Location and the view from the beach front rooms. The room decor was lovely and suited the location as well.

Cons:

Nothing really but there is street noise if you have balcony doors open.
