The aircon was great but not enough settings and the toiletries were good, there was an iron and ironing board in the room which was a bonus, it was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful
The shower was bad no pressure. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast wasnt great not enough pastries. No brown sugar available for the coffee.
The whole stay was a pleasure for us. I must mention Hallie who was exceptional, very helpful and a joy to talk to.

The reception, staff, breakfast, parking and the general cleanliness was excellent. The staff were all very helpful in dealing with check-in and generally very helpful. The amenities in the room although Spartan was of good standard and tidy
The AC in the room kept turning off and had to be switched on in the middle of the night and the beds weren't really comfortable for a night's sleep
