Good modern hotel, well located for visiting Portsmouth or catching a ferry.
Pros:

Bright well-equipped room; good breakfast buffet and evening meal options. Plenty of car parking. Well ,located on the edge of Portsmouth.

Cons:

Good value, pleasant staff,clean rooms, good breakfast.
Pros:

Helpful staff, clean rooms well equipped, good shower (pressure excellent), air con easy to use, breakfast well presented and abundant choice, good parking (private company) but payment available within the hotel.

Cons:

Better snack menu in the evenings, but local pizza delivery available.

Convenient location, extremely dog friendly and staff were exceptional

Cons:

Evening meal was disappointing, limited options and the food was tepid, to counterbalance this the continental and full English was very well presented and hot.

Pros:

Comfortable bed.
Nice shower cream in shower.

Cons:

I thought it was a bit much to charge us £6 for parking on top of £125 for b and b.
The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. The berries were defrosted and soggy. The hash brown was indigestible. The bread/rolls were white and bland. There were no poached or boiled eggs.
The shower pressure was dismal.

Exellent team work from reception to breakfast and cleaning...
Pros:

At first when we arrived Darren in the reception welcome us exellent,even the breakfast team is exellent and the cleaning team is exellent too.

Cons:

We didn't have a chair at all..

JUST SATISFACTORY, I WOULD NOT RETURN.
Pros:

THE ROOM,HOWEVER, WE CHANGED ROOMS BECAUSE ROOM 080, THE FIRST ONE, WAS NEXT TO THE TOILETS AND WE COULD HEAR EVERY 'ACTION'. THE SECOND ROOM WAS QUIET.
