Disappointing stay - not up to usual standard
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Good air conditioning in hot weather

Cons:

Poor breakfast on Saturday morning - at 9am. No bacon, sausages or hash browns. Yoghurt and berries empty. Juice dispensers empty. Very disappointing as previous stays and breakfasts have been great.

Solid business hotel
Pros:

Close to where i was visiting for business. Had a great field and nature run next to it that I jogged around. Breakfast always a good holiday inn express experience.

I wish holiday inn express had gyms as standard

Pros:

Very clean room.evening meals were tasty and well presented.super breakfast.

Cons:

Bar prices.stupid system for parking. Annoyed at having to pay for parking . didn't on our first stay a little while ago.hotel should never have changed from free parking .... very off putting for another stay.

Ideal hotel to stay in for visiting Portsmouth
Pros:

Location was excellent for the ferry port the following day. The hotel,staff and facilities were brilliant. Would stay again.

Cons:

Nothing worth mentioning.

It suited our purpose (convenient to ferry). Otherwise, I'd move on.
Pros:

We were given the "handicapped" room, so it was more spacious than the average room. That was nice! I had forgotten that Express means no restaurant on site, so we had to drive into town for dinner. Not a big deal, just mentioning it in case anyone cares. We had to miss the breakfast because our ferry was so early but what we saw looked good. Excellent location for the ferry. Less than a 15 minute drive.

Cons:

The front desk was in some sort of confusion. It took much longer to register than it should have. Some people were obviously in training and not ready to handle things on their own. We resented being charged for parking. There is a ton of space and it should be free. However, they wanted us to use a machine to pay and the machine did not work. Lots of delays and people trying to fix things. That needs to change.

Posizione, disponibilità parcheggio

Cons:

Personale non sempre amichevole. Pulizia della camera discutibile e certamente da migliorare, soprattutto nel bagno. Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in una camera con tre letti. Il secondo giorno la pulizia della camera è stata effettuata in modo sommario e un set di asciugamani non è stato sostituito. Sufficiente, ma migliorabile.

Bon sejour de 5 nuits pendant le festival de Goodwood qui se situe à 25 km

Son emplacement facile à trouver
Et stationnement assuré , mais payant
Confort de chambre conforme à l’enseigne
Petit déjeuner suffisant et possibilité restauration .

Cons:

Absence de placard de rangement dans la chambre
Wc position trop basse
Réglage de clim la nuit !
Les lits individuels sur roulettes qui ne se bloquent pas
Le parking payant en plus , même avec réduction de 50% , sans aucune sécurisation des accès.

Cons:

Blonde hair foreign female eastern europeanon reception rude to my daughter on checking in into her room. Thats when it all started with them saying i had not paid for the rooms. Wonder how i got my key if not paid. Being interragated by staff saying not paid for rooms even when i got home. Sent evidence of payment and still didnt believe until i sent proof of it going out. Made to feel a criminal.

Pros:

the rooms were first class, the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the very hot weather, the staff were great.

Cons:

the breakfast was extremely poor - no fresh fruit, the bread was tasteless and the scramble egg tasted like it had just come out of a packet !!

Guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge
Pros:

Verkehrsgünstige Lage und trotzdem recht ruhig.
Eine Tankstelle ist gleich daneben und ein großer Supermarkt zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer war groß, aber seltsam möbliert, es entsteht viel ungenutzter Raum.
Am Bett gibt es ein wirklich gutes Leselicht.

Cons:

Im durchaus großen Zweibettzimmer gibt es nur einen Sessel für 2 Bewohner. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns ein zweiter Stuhl bereitgestellt.
Trotz der Größe des Zimmers gibt es nur wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten.
Toilettenpapier wurde nicht nachgefüllt.
Es wäre schön, wenn zum Frühstück auch Wurst und Käse angeboten würden.
