Menu limited. Satisfactory though for one night.

TV worked well.
Breakfast was good.
Unfortunately the room seemed a bit cool and didn't seem to be able to control heating easily.. The shower was not very hot and felt quite cold after shower.
The washbasin doesn't always hold the water and water was cold at first when using it in the morning
Staff are always so friendly and very helpful. Thank you to Faiima for storing our motorbike gear for a few hours. Would recommend and will stay again.

Not the normal service excepted from IHG group
The close proximity to the ports. And the accommodation and the food was great value for money.

Close to motorway and Portsmouth
The room we had was next to the public toilets and reception making it noisier than other rooms we have stayed in there
Convenience and Location.
Parking fees is very high and unnecessary.
With such big hotel chain, we expect this to be taken care of by hotel specially when hotel is not in the main city.
Hotel was good. Near to the sea and attraction 20 mints drive .
Parking charge 6 GBP for 24 hours and breakfast was bit low collection and small sitting space . Breakfast management team bit panic when get busy in last moment time .also not much vegetarian options .
