Pros:

We had a lovely room, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Possibly the best beds we have slept in all holiday.

Cons:

A bit noisy by the M27, but it did t keep us awake.

Location. Very clean.

Cons:

Poor value for money in terms of breakfast and bar prices. We could afford these prices but they did not represent value for what was on offer. No meal options on three of four days stay.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was comfortable, and well organised. A special thank you to the lovely receptionist from Moldova for her kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome. She made us feel truly welcome and was always happy to help. Her friendly attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

Hotel and room is good , food needs improvement, breakfast was good thou in the morning
Pros:

I liked the place was very warm and welcoming nobody on reception when I turned up thou so was waiting there a while the room was nice spacious especially when with a one year old

Cons:

The A/C leaked a little didn’t bother me too much , the meal I had in the evening there was not good the mozzarella fries starter had been overcooked so there was not mozzarella in there at all , creamy chicken pasta had about 2 pieces of chicken In and for the price was not worth it at all had to ask for the kids ice cream x3 times don’t know why maybe no communication between the staff

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war das Personal sehr bemüht, war aber durch die vielen Gäste leider etwas überfordert. Das Rührei schmeckte furchtbar.

Excellente étape ferry-reste de l'Angleterre
Pros:

Tout est très correct mais simple. L'hôtel est bien situé en arrivant par ferry de l'Espagne et pour continuer vers le Nord de l'Angleterre. Il permet aussi de garer une voiture avec remorque, raison principale pour que j'y m'arrête régulièrement.

Cons:

La cuisine pour y dîner.
