The location was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly!
No plug sockets next to the beds, paint flaking from the wall in the corner of the roof indicating damp.
The room was very clean and there was plenty of towels and toiletries
Cooper face Jack's. I know I booked it knowing the night club was there but it was as if the windows were nonexistent. There was no difference in sound, open or closed. I've stayed in another hotel on that lane before and we did not have this problem. The earplugs helped a small bit but not very much
A security guard was nice
Where do I begin. Staff were not nice to deal with. This hotel is also a nightclub. It is not disclosed on this website as such so when I showed up to the venue with myself and my 16 year old sister did we get a shock. The receptionist was quick to argue. Staff were rude and scorned us for booking a room here saying that minors are not allowed. We got to our room and it was in the basement . There was a putrid smell of dampness and mold in the room. The window was barely a window and had no safety or security features should a member of the public wish to climb through. There may have been renovations happening with the room as we found spare wood boards shoved behind our cabinets. The bathroom has fecal matter and urine stains all over along with some holes in the tiles . To our delight there was also a bag of rubbish from someone prior on the floor of our room!!! We were advised by a receptionist that the 16 year old staying with me is not allowed out of the room after 10pm. As we had a late event to go to we were told if we came back after 10 that the 16 year old ONLY would not be let back to our room. After speaking to a security guard there and showed him our identifications and room keys we were let in without a problem. The best part of our stay was going to sleep and finding out that our room does not even lock . With or without the room key . We felt very unsafe here .
Only continental breakfast on offer and I declined
Noise from the nightclub diwnstairs

Staff were friendly.
Location over a nightclub not ideal for sleeping. Feared for my safety every time I used the elevator.
