Good location, but they need to fix couple of things.
Pros:

The location close to soccer fields

Cons:

Room looked clean but it had roaches or insects around the room, restroom has a mold in the ceiling, AC unit didn't work at all , so room was super hot. Breakfast was pretty bad , need to offer better options. Pool wasn't clean.
