Staff was lovely and friendly.
There was a lot of functions on like proms etc with no communication to say these were taking place, with cars excessively revving up until late at night. I didn’t really mind just wish I was pre warned for all the noise so I could have been prepared.

La stanza irraggiungibile (una volta arrivata al piano, dall'ascensore si doveva percorrere corridoi, scale e altro mettendoci circa 3 minuti) e molto sporca. Al piano terra e affacciata sul parcheggio mi ha obbligata a tenere le tende tirate (nere) tutto il tempo. In bagno era presente muffa.

No air on in bedrooms and it was one of hottest days of year but there was a fan

was undergoing renovation so was abit of a mess and confusing how to get to room

The hotel was very dirty there were even cigarette butts inside the entrance on the floor.
The whole atmosphere around this hotel is a young vibe. Clean and modern with some fun elements. The gym is large and the pool delightful. The food was good but you need to be modern to work out how to get it!
Only one complaint was the woman at checkout. She was rude and refused to print or email a VAT receipt saying that only Booking.com could do that.
I emailed the proerty through Booking.com and the property cam back directly with a VAT invoice - so it is perfectly capable. Maybe she had a bad night but when in service you dont have a choice - either you are fit for duty or you are not.
The price wasnt justified either. £30/night/room less would have been more appropriate for the venue and location.

Loved the Leisure and pool staff very accommodating. Clean room, comfortable beds 10 out of 10
We were told by the receptionist yesterday that breakfast was served from 6 till 10 on Monday , went down there 9.15 am to find they were putting everything away . The Food was a very poor standard . We had the Sunday Roast on Sunday looked ok but once tasted, it was warm and Roasties were not cooked properly, also the yorkshire pudding was very hard . We were offered a cooked breakfast today bacon was so hard , sausages didn’t taste nice, scrambled egg was very bland . I certainly wouldn’t recommend eating at the restaurant. I never complain but wanted you to be aware of the service.
