Perfect for our overnight stay, overall good value for our short trip
Pros:

Perfect location for our trip on this occasion, very clean and comfortable accommodation, easily accessible lifts, polite and friendly staff available on hand.

Cons:

Busy, lots of on site parking space but difficult to find a space close to the hotel. Confusing information regarding pre-payment for breakfast & evening meals failed to fully understand the concept behind this idea, use of app to order food not completely suitable for all guests.

a poor night’s sleep.
Pros:

Location. Shower in the bathroom was properly walk in.

Cons:

No air conditioning; the room was unbearably hot; no ventilation in the room (the window would only open slightly). Poor security (unaccompanied children knocking on doors in the evening and riding up and down in the lift). Hotel room was like room in a student hall of residence.

Family break
Pros:

Family room for 4, overnight in May 2026
Swimming pool facilities very good, family changing area very helpful!
Customer service was very good - we asked for an additional fan due to the hot weather and it arrived in minutes!
Food in the restaurant downstairs was good too.
All in all, a really good stay!

Great littke weekend away , would go again
Pros:

The room was lovely , the facilities were great , Starbucks was nice , the food was good

Cons:

The restaurant food was very expensive., the bar was also very expensive. The facilities closing early on weekends was very disappointing so we didn’t get much chance to spend in the pool or sauna . Which was the only reason I wanted to go
