Pros:

Good customer service. Comfortable room

Cons:

Elevator is very slow and only 2 per whole hotel. Since we were during weekend when it's quite busy and our room was on 9th floor, was not really comfortable.

Gut gelegen, gutes Frühstück.

Das Zimmer ist sehr, sehr klein. Kaum Platz für die Koffer. Die Dusche ist sehr eng, auch als schlanker Mann kann man sich kaum bewegen. Die Sauberkeit ist relativ. In den Ecken sammelt sich der Staub und im Bad gibt es viele Kalkreste. Es ist ein Spa Hotel und deshalb sind wir auch angereist. Allerdings war der Spabereich wegen Renovirung geschlossen. Eine Unverschämtheit, es nicht bei der Buchung mitzuteilen. Unser Zimmer wurde am zweiten Tag nicht gereinigt und das Bett nicht gemacht. Es gab auch keine Entschuldigung oder eine kleine Entschädigung. Am Abend fand eine Hochzeitsfeier im Hotel statt und es würde sehr lautstark gefeiert bis spät in die Nacht. Die Musik dröhnte bis in den siebten Stock. Das hätte man auch mitteilen müssen, schliesslich möchte man sich erholen.

Patiko vieta, vaizdas. Restoranas turi gerą meniu ir maistą, vakarieniavome tai labai patiko.

Cons:

Kambariai jau pasene, reikėtų atnaujinimo. Kambariai maži. Garso izoliacija nelabai, girdisi ką daro kaimynai. Pusryčiai silpni, tokiame viešbutyje tikėjomės geresnių.

Pros:

Ездим сюда часто. Круглый год. Все хорошие слова сказаны. Не хочется повторяться. Отелей много, было бы что-нибудь не так, поехали бы в другой. Небольшой,но уютный парк. В этом году его преобразуют. Скоро поедем снова, не терпится увидеть конечный результат.😊

Par nakti samaksājos 260eur, tikai dienu pirms došanās uzzinu, ka spa baseins nedarbojas. Skumji, ka klientiem kuri samaksājuši jau par iebraukšanu Jūrmalā, papildus jāmksā arī par auto stāvvietu pie viesnīcas! Tas nu gan nav labais tonis, ka viesnīcas viesiem vel papildus jāmaksā par stāvvietu pie viesnīcas. Turklāt, ja vēlētos kaut kur doties ar auto, tad maksāts nāktos vairākkārtīgi :)
Kā "komplimentu" par to, ka spa zona ir slēgta, recepcijas meitene paziņo par iedalīto Superior nummuru, kaut gan tieši tādu arī biju rezervējusi.

I was very disappointed and sad about the non-functional spa and the TV that didn’t work, which really affected my stay.
Pros:

Location was really nice.

Cons:

I was disappointed that the spa was not functioning. The outdoor pool was constantly occupied by children jumping and playing, making it difficult to use. Additionally, the TV in my room wasn’t working, and staff seemed unsure why. The room also had a strong smell of cigarette smoke from previous guests.
