Location. By the airport
The staff didn’t have a resolution to my problem. I didn’t want to stay in the room because it had roaches, they didn’t have any other rooms to put us in. the front desk attendant could not give me a refund. However, she did offer me a can of bug spray.
The owner I assume was very nice and understanding.
I paid online and when we got there the girl up front tried to tell me I was lying and had not paid. I had the receipt in my email. The first room we were given had someone’s belongings and trash everywhere. The second room the floor was soaking wet (carpet floor) so finally the owner gave us a final room which he assured us was clean which is was. It’s definitely run down and also you get 2 pillows per room so if you’re like me and like a bunch ask for more.

If I could rate this a zero i would
The hallways were filled with smoke/weed and smells of dog and or cats, our room had bugs on the mattress we were offered another room however it was only one door over and just as dirty, we left and went to the holiday inn express, the woman at the front desk offered no help
Absolutely nothing
The manager was very disrespectful and proceeded to open my door while I was in the shower I'm a grown man and never been so mortified in my life when I went to confront him about it the manger tried to engage in a altercation. I can to the hotel to try to get a peace of mind but got nothing but headace the halfways smell heavily of urine and mildew due to carpet that has never been clean and they also have a variety of bugs if anyone want to try them
The breakfast was served well and very tasty. The location is very near to where I was going.
