Nothing they went against 3rd part policy. Charged my card @ 11am before check in which was 4pm. They then sold my room. And didn’t have another room for inconvenience.
The lobby is nice
The dirty rooms, cigarette burns all over the carpet, mold in the bath tub, the smelly rooms.
The front desk lady told us we could get a refund because there was no other rooms available to move us too. And we have yet to get it
It was great and I enjoyed the breakfast.
I booked it.online and no where did it say if you are booking a room online that you have to pay a 50 deposit, I did t think this was fair due to it not saying this anywhere online and not knowing until im at the front desk,I would like my50 $ deposit back sent to my cash app under my phone number 804-837-2639 thanks only issue besides this everything else was excellent!

Dirty sheets, paid for non smoking room but still smell smoky.had to roll the sheets off the bed
The location.
The front desk stay was very nice and helpful when I requested to be moved from an unclean room. Request was fast and prompt. The room moved to was better. .
The first room wasn't clean at all, sheets were stained, and the bathroom was moldy and dirty, including the shower. The hallway was filthy, and the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned or changed since the hotel opened.

Smelled like weed in the whole hotel had roaches everywhere the smoke alarm went off for hours got 4 rooms before we got a room without stains and pubic hair in the bed. Absolutely gross
Location
Room smelled like cigarette smoke, light in the bathroom did not work, the door to enter the room had to be lifted in order to close correctly, there where spots on the bed cover.
