Pros:

The front desk stay was very nice and helpful when I requested to be moved from an unclean room. Request was fast and prompt. The room moved to was better. .

Cons:

The first room wasn't clean at all, sheets were stained, and the bathroom was moldy and dirty, including the shower. The hallway was filthy, and the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned or changed since the hotel opened.

Smelled like weed in the whole hotel had roaches everywhere the smoke alarm went off for hours got 4 rooms before we got a room without stains and pubic hair in the bed. Absolutely gross

The closeness to the airport was great but the cleanliness of the room was below standards.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke, light in the bathroom did not work, the door to enter the room had to be lifted in order to close correctly, there where spots on the bed cover.

Pros:

I liked that it was close to the airport. I did not like anything else.

Cons:

The photos on their website are misleading. The property is nothing like the photos online. Everything stinks, the windows were open in our ground-level room upon check-in, safe doesn’t work, everything was dirty, people played loud music, marijuana and mildew smell, dirt and grime everywhere. Booked the room for my husband for a night… luckily I wasn’t there because I would not have stayed. My husband couldn’t wait to leave in the morning. Paid $60 for the night, but this place isn’t worth $10. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Pros:

The fridge was iced over my son had to exchange the it from another room. The toilet would not flush even with clear water. Then they never fix it and 5 hours later I demanded a another room and they want to up charge me for it.

Location was nice, parking was nice

Cons:

The staff not acknowledging my kids and I when we walked in. My son said Hello to the people at the front desk, neither responded, bad customer service. Bugs in the bathroom and it was a bug in the refrigerator

Pros:

It’s dirty as hell and needs to be shut down it sticks the rooms smell like mildew the towels and rags are a dusty dark brown worst experience ever
