Would not recommend unless for a very short stay.
Pros:

Good location. Easy off highway location

Cons:

Needs to be remodeled and updated. The rooms are very dated and feel grungy.

The hotel was not what it advertised to be
Pros:

I liked the way the property looked on the outside

Cons:

The staff was rude- had to wait a while before being greeted and checked in
Advertised amenities were not available (free parking)
Tv channels do not work
Hot water was inconsistent and going in and out
Laundry services are available but you can only use cash. Just an overall

Please make sure people can use the fetaures on the TV to stream from their phone or laptops.
Pros:

The internet was not powerful enough for me to do all the work I needed online and the smart TV could not connect to our streaming services.

Cons:

The jacuzzi was claerly working but was cordoned off with caution tape. The jacuzzi was the only reason we chose this hotel

no automatic doors on entering hotel. I am handicapped and was difficult getting and ouit of hotel
BIGGEST PROBLEM Elevator was down night of June 7. My step son and family came to visit us on night of June 7
Elevator was down and they had to use stairs to come to 3rd floor(our room was #320) I was going to go to the pool with them but due to my handicap, I couldn't go with them. My wife went with them. My step son, step daughter were going to help us pack and take luggage to the car, so all we had to do was wake up Sunday morning and drive home They couldn't help because the elevator didn't work. So we had to take the luggage down ourselves Sunday morning.
PROBLEM #2 I complained to the front desk when we checked out and expected some reimbursement for the inconvenience. They discounted our stay $20. Told them I was unhappy with only $20 discount and would complain to someone.
I am very concerened that a hotel in California doesn't have easy access for handicapped visitors. I will not stay at any Best Western Hotels in the U.S. after my stay here. I'm sure if I talked to some legal expert in California, they would be concerned about not have easy access for handicapped visitors to that hotel. I, personally, have never stayed in a hotel that doesn't have easy access for handicapped visitors. I hope this complaint changed the access to this hotel. It definitely needs to be addressed

Pros:

Somewhat the price, but I would have rather to pay a couple of dollars more and get better service. Breakfast was good even though the lady keeps walking in your way and looking at you every time you are serving your plate, quiet place, ice and soda machine on hand, clean room when you arrive ONLY

Customer service is the worst. You don't get greeted at all, the ladies at rude, they don't have an smile at all, it's like if you were NOT paying to be there, never a good morning, hi or smile, the big guy in the afternoon, the same, swearing all the time and an fuchi face if you need something, the brown guy, tries to be a little friendly but not really, some of the cleaning ladies are the only ones who say good morning some times, I was there 5 nights and I NEVER got my room cleaned even though I asked, where ever you need paper or towels you have to go see those faces of the ugly Customer service in the front to ask them for toilet paper or clean towels, they give you what they have, this young lady gave pool towels to use in the room, literally throwing them in the counter, pool and jacuzzi are super dirty, there's no filters working at all, water is brown full of leaves and pool toys everywhere.

Room smelled terrible and the bathroom smelled like sewer. Pillows where half a size of a standard pillow and the bed was terrible !!’ Also found a hairs in the shower curtain!

Pros:

I did not stay at this hotel. My daughter and I felt very uncomfortable here. We left after being there for 10-15 minutes because she was too nervous here. The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. Fortunately, I was not charged.

Cons:

I wouldn’t stay at this hotel or at another Best Western.
