Comfortable
Pros:

Large spacious room. Quiet.

Cons:

Bathroom and toilet were separate. Toilet was very narrow and with a wheelchair user we could not access it easily unless with out the chair.
Air con was not working and we had been advised of this. A fan was supplied.
Breakfast choices were limited and not restocked

Pros:

Particulièrement apprécié Oumar d'une exceptionnelle qualité relationnelle et serviable au delà du normal.
Seuls à la réception, il a su gérer un problème d'urgence pour une PMR.
Personne efficace, intelligente, bienveillante, calme et très réactif.
Il mérite une récompense.
Belle personne à donner en exemple.
Mérite d'évoluer au sein du groupe.
Un énorme merci à lui.

Cons:

La clim en panne mais nous avions été prévenus par sms.
Le manque de snacking le soir.

Pros:

Secure parking and the staff were extremely helpful.

Cons:

Air conditioning was broken and just recently it had apparently been down for weeks.
With the extreme hot spell sleeping was very difficult and sweaty.
Location was far from the old city.
Parking was very secure but entering and exiting was difficult with a large SUV.

Pas de climatisation en pleine canicule et aucun geste commercial
J'ai eu droit à un ventilateur mais cela n'a pas suffit.

Unbearably hot making sleep impossible. Avoid.
Pros:

Staff very pleasant and breakfast was OK

Cons:

Whilst the room was large and comfortable the AC was almost non-existant and the fan provided inadequate as the room was boiling hot and close to being unbearable. Sleep was not possible.

Très déçus par cet hôtel Mercure….
Pros:

L’accueil et les échanges avec le personnel sympathique

Cons:

La panne de climatisation nous aurions aimé être prévenus au moment de la réservation, afin d’aller ailleurs.
Pour une étape de voyage et de repos nous avons passé la nuit dans une étuve…sans possibilité d’ouvrir une fenêtre. Le ventilateur apporté par le personnel n’a finalement servi qu’à brasser l’air chaud et faire du bruit…
Nous plaignons le personnel qui doit travailler dans le pareil conditions car il faisait très chaud à Tours ce jour là.
