Nice staff- clean room. Check boxes but not a WOW property.

Pros:

The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast room was welcoming and the coffee was good. All staff members that I interacted with were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Cons:

I think this hotel is working very hard to provide a comfortable stay. There were Small things that could be improved upon. First there were foam cups for the coffee in the morning which is not environmentally friendly nor appealing. In addition, the exterior of the facility needs a few upgrades. I would like to repeat though that my stay was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly ☺️

Cons:

We called the office twice and no cleaning was done, no clean towels. We had to go to the office to get towels. They told us they were short on employees for cleaning! Not our problem!!

The location was good. The staff was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was always cold (scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon). When the coffee (regular or decaf) ran out, they didn't refill it even though it wasn't 10:00 am yet. Once, the waffle maker got clogged (the batter wouldn't come out), they took the batter container away and didn't put it back, even though it wasn't 10:00 am, the time breakfast ended.

Would jot stay there again
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the receptionist as we came in. We had a leak in the toilet and no staff person to help - so I turn the toilet off snd minted the leak. Nut the moved us to another room and gave us a discount on our visit.

Cons:

Felt like a worn hotel - but most of the rooms were part of a motel which I did not expect.
