Cons:

The bathroom was very dimly lit, with barely enough light to see properly. The ceiling shook and crumbled whenever people walked on the floor above. Upon entering the room, the first thing that caught my eye was the top of the wardrobe, covered in what looked like a year’s worth of dust. This does not resemble a four-star hotel.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette belle ville d'Histoire et d'Art.
Pros:

J'ai aimé la grandeur de la chambre puisque nous étions surclassés et son emplacement en plein centre ville près de tous les monuments à pied.

Cons:

Notre chambre était coté rue. c'est une rue très passante, bruyante de Florence ! La via Nazionale du centre ville.
Il y avait toutes sortes de bruits jusqu'à 3 heures du matin.

Bien situé, propre, le personnel est sympathique. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien fourni.

Cons:

Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre au 3ème étage. L’air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas non plus, heureusement je n’en ai pas eu besoin. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées et les portes qui claquent dans le couloir m’ont souvent réveillées.
