Pros:

Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Ascolta le richieste del cliente e cerca di esaudirle. Ottima pulizia della camera e rinnovata la dotazione del bagno ogni mattina. Letto molto confortevole. Rumore di fondo esterno, quasi assente.

Cons:

Colazione molto valida ma aggiungerei qualche prodotto artigianale, tipo torte o brioches. La differenza tra l'industriale o il semi artigianale si nota parecchio se paragonato all'artigianale puro di pasticceria. In un 4 stelle si può anche chiedere.

Pros:

Il personale molto cordiale e professionale, soprattutto i camerieri della colazione. A 3 minuti a piedi dal mercato, 8 dal Duomo

Cons:

La nostra stanza era posizionata ad un piano a cui si accedeva mezzo scale, quindi non comodissimo con i bagagli. Nonostante il “Do not disturb”, le signore delle pulizie vengono comunque, anche il giorno della partenza prima del check out

Ottima posizione, personale gentile e disponibile, stanza spaziosa e pulita.

Cons:

Unica cosa negativa l'acustica dei serramenti di alluminio della camera che non isolano dai rumori della via su cui si affacciano (parola di serramentista).

Umiestnenie hotela. Blizko stanice a centra. Recepcia je ústretová, raňajky hodnotím nadpriemerné.

Cons:

Nemôžem to nazvať "'nepáčilo ". Lebo jediná vec, ktorú spomeniem pre ďalších hostí je, že do izby ide hluk z ulice. Ale to je vec pre väčšinu hotelov v centrách, kde sú otvorené podniky do nočných hodín. S tým treba jednoducho počítať

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter Florence à pied
Pros:

Décor chaleureux, chambre spacieuse et propre , très bon petit déjeuner, (variétés de fruits, produits sans lactose), voiturier, personnel parlant français, personnel accueillant et souriant.

Cons:

Chambre spacieuse, calme mais malheureusement avec seulement une porte vitrée ouvrant sur un petit balcon donnant dans un puits de lumière.
Donc vue sur des murs. Acceptable pour 2, voir 3 nuits mais pas plus.

Bien mais trop bruyant
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour avoir accès à toutes les visites du centre de Florence. Chambre agréable. Personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Rue extrêmement bruyante jusque tard dans la nuit. Travaux qui recommençait à 6h45. Très difficile de dormir paisiblement lorsque la chambre donne sur cette rue très passante.

Il flacone del bagnoschiuma non era stato sostituito ed era vuoto nella doccia all'arrivo in albergo.
