Buona posizione, staff gentile ma non ritengo questo hôtel un 4 stelle
Pros:

Colazione non soddisfacente. Non è stato possibile avere un caffè ginseng se non a pagamento. Livello non all altezza di un 4,stelle

Cons:

Specchio in bagno appeso per gente alta almeno 1.70. Mi vedevo la fronte… luce in bagno scarsa
La luce si direbbe immediatamente dopo l’estrazione della tessera non c’è neanche un secondo di tempo che di solito ti permette di uscire ancora con la luce in camera
Ambiente in generale un po ‘stantio’. Necessita di un bel rinnovamento

L'emplacement de l'hôtel était très pratique, à la fois proche de la gare et du centre de Florence, ce qui nous a permis de bien profiter de la ville. La chambre était confortable et tout était conforme.

It was a great location if you want to walk around and see florence, it’s just outside of where all the action is happen
Pros:

Very welcoming and accommodating, as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and I was helped with my bags. It took the stress off of me from traveling all day

Pros:

L'hotel merita davvero le 4 stelle. Posizionato in maniera strategica rispetto al centro storico e a tutte le bellezze che Firenze offre ai suoi visitatori. a 10 minuti dal Duomo, dal Mercato Centrale, dalla Basilica di San Lorenzo, dalla Piazza di Santa Croce e ovviamente anche dalla stazione in soli 5 minuti. Non ho usufruito della colazione, bensì ho avuto la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio il giorno della partenza senza costi aggiuntivi. Lo consiglio vivamente e sarà il mio punto di riferimento per Firenze.

Pros:

La posizione molto vicino alla stazione e alle attrazioni centrali della città.

Cons:

La struttura è datata ma si difende bene. Non mi è piaciuto il letto poco comodo e con assenza di topper visto che erano due singoli attaccati.
