Great place to stay
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to sites, restaurants and shopping. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage while we visited the city. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options. We will definitely stay again.

My family and I loved our stay in Florence

the location and the friendly staff

Cons:

very dirty room. i walked in my room just when arrived with shoes off and my black socks turned white. apart of that roof’s wood was full of dust. it takes 1/10 for cleanliness. Apart from that noise isolation was awful. A lot of noise from the upper room. Also noise from the toilet pipes when used by others rooms. Noise also when the other rooms got cleaning.
