Everything was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. I had a great stay and would definitely come back. Thank you!

Le lit était confortable. La chambre très propre.

Cons:

Le personnel nous a prévenu le jour même que la piscine était en maintenance alors que nous avions réservé cet hôtel en prévision de la canicule.
On nous a indiqué que nous pouvions annuler la réservation (impossible pour nous puisque nous devions séjourner à l’hôtel le soir même et que réserver un autre hôtel à la dernière minute représenterait des frais supplémentaires).
En dédommagement, même un petit jus frais nous a été refusé.
Passons la piscine, on nous a signalé que les chambres n’étaient pas climatisées (impensable en pleine canicule lorsqu’on réserve une chambre spécialement pour se rafraîchir). Nous avions appelé la réception qui nous a prêté un petit ventilateur pour l’occasion !
Pour finir, la chasse d’eau de nôtre chambre ne marchait pas. Nous avons préféré quitter l’hôtel au plus vite après cette succession de « malchance ».
Évitez cet hôtel pendant la période d’été !

Terrible - never ever again
Pros:

I rarely take time to write reviews, unless it warrants a response. There was however Nothing which I liked about this hotel, it was a terrible.

Cons:

Location was terrible, Neighbourhood was an industrial estate, nothing within walking distance, rooms were being refurbished, but my room was not and the hall was full of building materials. i booked the hotel as it had an outside pool (but it was closed for building work).
Outdoor area was full of weeds.

Quite a few issues but I didn’t sleep badly
Pros:

Cons:

Toilet and pipe below sink was broken, I notified reception so it could be fixed during the day whilst I was out. I got back in the evening, it wasn’t fixed. I walked to my room and the door was left open after they had exited (I imagine to check if I had been fixed after I had just asked). Then they came in and out of my room about 4 times during the hour I got back to shower and get ready to leave again. The toilet was fixed but it started continuously running water, so I closed all the doors to ensure it didn’t keep me up at night. The floor was dirty during my stay, and there was a sponge which was very old (included pic) and a near to empty fairy liquid (for a 4 star I would expect it to be refilled, but maybe that’s just me - manager said this was normal). As there were quite a few things that went wrong I felt it was right to summarise these to the hotel manager, and he was very apologetic, but he did say that a few of them were due to the room being new and it’s “normal and understandable”. For a 4-star hotel, I don’t think any of this is that. They gave me a free drink and then a part refund.
