La propreté (ll'eau de la piscine était trouble et très chloré). Des cafards au niveau des fenêtres de la chambre,et sur la table du restaurant.Le mobilier blanc de la terrasse du restaurant était très sale.

l'établissement était en panne de chauffage (cétait le week end) nous sommes rentrés dans une chambre à 15 degrés .je suis allée demander 2 petits radiateurs pour pouvoir me dévêtir.j'avais derrière mois 2 jours de vol internationaux donc tres fatiguée .j'aurais apprécié que l'on me prévienne.je comprends la panne mais je n'ai pas aimé cette surprise

Pros:

Hôtel calme, le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont très bons, personnel très agréable et attentif. Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

L’hôtel mériterait un rafraîchissement, les moquettes dans les chambres sont fatiguées.
Le lit est petit pour cette gamme d’hébergement et les matelas peu confortables. Une cafetière dans la chambre serait un plus.

Le personnel est très accueillant. Mon fils a oublié son livre ils m'ont rappelé et proposé de me le renvoyer (a mes frais mais ça c'est normal)
Les chambres sont propres .
Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, il n'y avait personne c'était top !
On a super bien mangé a la brasserie ! Les pina colada sont tops !

Cons:

Le prix du petit déjeuner est assez chers 20,50/personne. Gratuit pour les enfants .
L'insonorisation est horrible. Ont a été réveillé le matin deux fois a cause de ça, les portes qui claquents les bebes qui pleurent, c'est vraiment le seul bémol.
