Great location, would recommend and stay again.

Great location, friendly staff

Cons:

Front of house staff appeared to be trainees. We waited a long time to be checked in. Eventually a more senior member of staff had to assist.

Pros:

We hebben een heel prettig weekendverblijf gehad in Mercure Honfleur. De kamer was netjes, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, waardoor we ons direct welkom voelden. De ligging is ideaal voor een kort bezoek aan deze mooie stad. Zeker een aanrader voor een weekendje Honfleur!

Rather good hotel with private parking
Pros:

Came to this hotel with a little trepidation. We have stayed in several Mercure hotels so we booked it despite some minor negative comments in the reviews. Whole experience was flawless, great breakfast, lovely room with great A/C and lovely to have private parking. Very short walk to centre.

Ideales Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Honfleur, gerade wenn man mit dem Auto anreist
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen da es nicht direkt im historischen Stadtkern liegt, der aber in etwa fünf Gehminuten zu erreichen ist. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus, der mit 15€/Tag vergleichsweise günstig ist. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges und klimatisiertes Zimmer. Personal war freundlich. Hotel machte insgesamt einfach einen sehr guten Eindruck.

Cons:

Es gab fürs Doppelbettdecke nur einen gemeinsame Bettdecke
Frühstücksbuffet insgesamt gut aber mit 21€ etwas zu teuer für das Angebot
Obwohl wir uns dort wirklich wohlgefühlt haben, fanden wir es im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels auf unserer Reise allerdings etwas teuer

La proximité du centre et le parking privé

Cons:

A l'arrivée, la personne d'accueil m'a,plus ou moins reproché, d'avoir réservé par Booking, au lieu d'avoir choisi le site d'Accor. Elle ne voulait pas que je puisse bénéficier du parking, pour cette raison et j'ai dû insister,alors que j'avais choisi le Mercure pour son parking.De plus le petit-déjeuner est moyen et ne mérite pas le prix (21€/pp).Continuerai-je à être client de Mercure? Pas sûr !
