Gemütliches Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Top Lage,direkt an Hafen und Stadtzentrum.
Hoteleigener,abgeschlossener Parkplatz.
Gemütliches,gut ausgestattetes Zimmer .Ausreichende Anzahl von Steckdosen und USB-Steckern.Badezimmer funktional eingerichtet.Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum parterre sehr nüchtern und stylisch nicht so überzeugend,was wohl auch den Renovierungsarbeiten geschuldet war.
Die Sicherheitstechnik war leider nicht überzeugend: Der Fluchtweg im Treppenhaus war auf jeder Etage mit Farbeimern,Kartons und Arbeitsgerät vollgestellt.Die Notfallinfo an der Zimmertür war viel zu klein geschrieben und für eventuelle Panik im Notfall nicht geeignet. Es gab keinerlei Hotelinfo auf dem Zimmer.

Great short stay here with everything we and our little dog needed
Pros:

Very clean, modern, friendly staff, close to the harbour and town. You could also park in front of the hotel which is not always available at others in the town.

La situation géographique, proche du centre.

Cons:

Étant au 4 eme étage, on entendait sans cesse le déclenchement du chauffage (trop bruyant).

L'attention portée pour l'anniversaire de mon mari : on lui a offert des caramel.

Cons:

Les gobelets en carton pour un 4 étoiles dans ls chambre. Une seule bouteille d'eau filtrée pour 2 nuits. Le robinet du lavabo grippé.

Staff was really great. A special thanks to Ms. Casandra. She was very helpful and professional. The room and breakfast super exceeded ours expectations. It was really easy to reach the main Honfleur attractions and access to the main roads.

Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

het is warm op de gelijkvloers wanneer je binnen komt, maar heel koud in de gangen en de ( nieuwe ) kamers en badkamer heel koud gevoel als we de 4de of eerste verdieping en in onze kamer binnen kwamen is dit heel ongezellig en dit was elke dag het zelfde gevoel tijdens ons verblijf.
De badkamers zijn heel klein en heel koud, we kunnen handdoeken niet drogen. Ook als je een douche wil nemen is er bijna geen water dat eruit komt en dit in een koude badkamer. het is gemakkelijk om ecologische en besparende douche te hebben maar het is meer economisch zo te zien.
conclusie: zelf dat we meer hadden betaald voor een vernieuwde kamer dat wat grote betreft hetzelfde is als de eerste verdieping en juist wat is opgefrist aan basis prijs, was het heel ongezellig gewoon door het koude, we hebben zelf dekens uit de wagen moeten halen. dus voor ons geen goede ervaring.
je betaald om gezellig te kunnen logeren maar dat was het niet.

nous avons apprécié la situation de l'hôtel. Près de tout. Un atout pour se balader. Le petit déj je n'ai pas tros apprécié de cuire moi même les oeufs. Le lard était mal cuit
