Un petit-déjeuner minable..plus rien à 9h00.... obligés de réclamer pour avoir de quoi déjeuner..
Pas de produits de toilette dans la salle de bains ...
vraiment rien d'un 4 étoiles ..
Un geste commerciall aurait été le bienvenu au moment du départ...car nous l'avons signalé

Cons:

Panne de chauffage pdt la nuit jusqu’au matin. Même si c’est l’hiver, je pensais éviter ce type de pb avec un hôtel de ce niveau. Resto fermé le dim soir. Ok pas de pb pour un jour de fermeture mais évitez de proposer des pizzas horribles comme snack. On peut trouver des fournisseurs de qualités pour offrir de la qualité à ses clients

El hotel está bastante bien. Las camas muy cómodas y relativamente cerca del aeropuerto.

Es un hotel muy caro...no está en Estrasburgo centro ni está tan cerca del aeropuerto...el taxi nos cobró 45 €....sería interesante q ofrezcan un servicio de traslados al aeropuerto....
