Hotel in Parijse voorstad
Pros:

Fijn verblijf gehad, nette kamer. Parkeren kan voor de deur. Het eten in het restaurant en bij het ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

Vanuit het hotel naar de stad Parijs is toch wel lang met het ov.

Good food - messy pool area
Pros:

The food in the restaurant was great! Good selection and taste. However there are NO snacks or no food outside of kitchen operating hours.

Cons:

There were so many kids screaming uncontrollably and jumping in the pool during the days, it’s was unbearable to be honest. We came for a relaxing time. The pool guide clearly stated it was not allowed to jump or play around in the pool. No parents made any effort to follow the rules.

Ne pas avoir eu la chambre à l’heure précise
Problème informatique et on me réclamait de nouveau le paiement de ma chambre. Même le lendemain et j’ai été obligé d’envoyer la preuve du paiement sinon j’étais débité une nouvelle fois.

La chambre était propre, calme et agréable. Les femmes de ménage étaient très gentilles, souriantes et professionnelles. La piscine était également propre et bien entretenue.

La qualité de la chambre, de la piscine et la gentillesse du personnel d’entretien ont largement compensé la mauvaise expérience avec l’accueil.

Cons:

Les hôtesses d’accueil ne sont pas très accueillantes. En arrivant, je pensais avoir réservé une chambre identique à celle présentée sur les photos de Booking. Lorsque j’ai posé la question, on m’a répondu : « Nous, c’est Novotel, vous avez réservé sur une autre plateforme. » Cette remarque n’était pas très professionnelle et ne m’a pas aidée à comprendre la situation.

Au moment du check-out, j’ai demandé une facture. On m’a assuré qu’elle me serait envoyée, mais cela n’a pas été fait. J’ai dû revenir à trois reprises avant de finalement l’obtenir, ce qui est inadmissible.

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal (proche du lac et de la nature, proche du métro ligne 8 pour rejoindre Paris, proche de l'autoroute et parking spacieux et gratuit). La piscine n'est pas très grande mais suffisante pour se rafraîchir. Le personnel est à l'écoute (chambre disponible avant l'heure prévue, réactif quand on signalait des plats vides au petit dejeuner)
La chambre est de taille correcte malgré le canapé-lit déplié et propre.
Les lits sont confortable (petit bémol pour le canapé lit un peu moins confortable et grinçant)
Petit clin d'œil pour les produits de salle de bain RITUALS (toujours un bonheur)
L'espace commun dans le hall est convivial et une fontaine à eau est disponible gratuitement.
Chambre climatisée, très apprécié en pleine canicule
Bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

Cons:

Les chambres et la salle de bain mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement pour un hôtel 4****
Nous avons dû prendre le petit déjeuner sur une petite table à 3 le 2è jour par manque de place.

Schönes Hotel für Kurztrip und Durchreise
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig aber ruhig mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen. Die Metro Linie 8 ist nur 15 min. zu Fuss entfernt und führt direkt zum Place de la Concorde. Restaurant und Frühstück waren gut. Betten (inkl. Schlafsofa) bequem. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank bei 35 Grad Außentemparatur fantastisch.

Cons:

Pool etwas klein, aber für Kinder super.
