Le confort de la chambre
.Expérience très décevante, tant au niveau de l’accueil que de la sécurité.
Tout d’abord, lors de mon premier contact téléphonique, une personne à l’accueil m’a confirmé qu’une chambre était disponible. Lorsque je lui ai indiqué que je souhaitais effectuer la réservation directement sur Internet, son discours a immédiatement changé : elle m’a alors affirmé qu’il n’y avait finalement plus de disponibilité et qu’elle allait « bloquer la chambre pour des clients », le tout sur un ton particulièrement condescendant. Étonnamment, j’ai malgré tout pu réserver cette même chambre en ligne à peine 30 minutes plus tard. Une façon de procéder que j’ai trouvée totalement inadmissible.
Plus grave encore : la sécurité des équipements est clairement à revoir. Alors que j’utilisais le sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain, un gros court-circuit s’est produit. J’ai réellement eu peur de m’électrocuter et l’incident a provoqué une coupure d’électricité à l’étage. Il ne s’agit donc pas d’un simple désagrément, mais d’un véritable problème de sécurité.
Malgré cet incident sérieux et le risque encouru, aucun geste commercial ne m’a été proposé. J’ai réglé l’intégralité de la note.
Makkelijk te bereiken, voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het zag er allemaal netjes uit. Fantastische snackbar op loopafstand.
Buitenterras en zwembad zag er wat onverzorgd uit.

Breakfast was vey good, lots of choice, high quality food, nice restaurant. Location close to the highway is also really useful if you are on the go. There is a garden, with a terrace and a (small) swimming pool. Useful for electric vehicles are one slow charger and four fast chargers on their parking place.
The welcome at reception was poor, as they insisted on a deposit of the full amount plus 100 euros. They refused banking cards and Apple Pay for this and insisted on using a credit card. Luckily, my partner had one. Then they could not provide any formal receipt of the payment of the deposit. Also my charging card that works everywhere in Europe was declined at the car chargers, it finally worked using a Shell charging card. Our room was not cleaned after the first night and day. During breakfast the personnel had a nasty, enduring and loud debate which didn’t help the atmosphere. Last day early morning all four family members were awakened by the cleaning lady that stepped into our room while we were still asleep. This behaviour should never happen in a hotel.
La disponibilité et la réactivité du personnel, ils étaient tous au top ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien complet, et le restaurant de l'hôtel propose une jolie carte, qui permet de rester sur place si on a pas envie de sortir ! Bon point de départ pour aller aussi bien vers Paris que vers la vallée de Chevreuse. Le petit mot d'accueil écrit à la main, c'est une petite attention très touchante :)

Makkelijk bereikbaar voor als je op doorreis bent. Eigen bewaakte parkeerplaats met Opladers voor elektrische auto's. Het diner was erg smakelijk. Personeel vriendelijk
Bedden waren niet heel comfortable. Badkamer niet heel schoon maar prima voor 1 nachtje. Van de 3 personeelsleden wie we gesproken hadden konden er 2 slecht Engels maar daarintegen ontzettend vriendelijk

Veel lawaai op de gangen, laat in avond/ nacht tot 02.00 uur én weer om 7.00uur.
Mijn man is de gang op gegaan en gevraagd of het wat stiller kon. In ochtend wel gemeld bij receptie

Ontbijt viel wat tegen, niet heel uitgebreid en ook regelmatig op.
Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, ook goed Engelssprekend. De kamer voor 4 personen was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De sofabedden voor de kinderen hadden aparte matrassen, wat comfortabel was. Een attent, persoonlijk welkomst cadeautje op de kamer. Het zwembad was geopend tot 20:00u dus zelfs met onze latere aankomst konden we toch nog een frisse duik nemen. De tuin heeft fijne loungebanken en ligbedden. Het restaurant, de bar en lounge hebben een fijne sfeer. Personeel is hulpvaardig, enthousiast en vriendelijk.
Bij het diner werd het hoofdgerecht al gebracht, terwijl we nog op het voorgerecht wachtten. Dat ging terug naar de keuken. Na het voorgerecht werd het alsnog opgediend. Dat het die 20 minuten onder een warmtelamp had gestaan, was merkbaar en maakte de gerechten minder smakelijk. Dat was jammer.
Het ontbijt is gevarieerd en smakelijk. Dieetproducten zijn beperkt. Glutenvrij brood en cake. Lactosevrije amandelmelk, verder geen mogelijkheden in vervangende boter, yoghurt of kaas. Dat vonden we jammer, zeker omdat de supermarkten in Frankrijk er vol mee liggen.

Emplacement pratique et chambre propre, bon petit déjeuner
Nous avions réservé une chambre la nuit du 14 au 15 août pour nous et nos 2 enfants dont un bébé de 14 mois. La réservation du lit parapluie avait été confirmée par mail ainsi qu’à l’oral le jour même quand nous avons appelé pour confirmer notre venue. Nous avons eu la très mauvaise surprise de ne pas trouver le lit parapluie lors de notre arrivée en pleine nuit (00h30), dysfonctionnement de l’hôtel sur la résa et plus aucun lit parapluie disponible… le réceptionniste du lendemain a fait un geste commercial certes, mais nous aurions clairement préféré dormir sereinement avec notre bébé en sécurité plutôt que dans un lit de fortune… Nous regrettons le manque de professionnalisme.
