lack of comfortable seating in bar and lobby area. high stools which a lot of people can't get on! Staff had little knowledge of itemised bill purchases. during our two night stay there were many many children running around which we found uncomfortable and noisy up to 10 pm .

Personeel was erg vriendelijk zowel bij aankomst, het ontbijt als bij vertrek. Kamer was ook goed. Ruim genoeg voor een gezin van 4 met twee kleine kinderen. Ontbijt was echt heerlijk, veel keuze en bijna alles even lekker. Er was ook de dacht aan de kleintjes en het personeel ging echt super leuk om met de kleintje. Compliment.
De kamer rook naar natte hond, was jammer, maar we hebben er niet moeilijk over gedaan. Je neus went er snel aan. Verder sliep de slaapbank niet echt lekker. Misschien kamers inrichten met twee keer twee bedden? Dan had de ervaring nog beter gemaakt. Wij konden niet echt een speeltoestel vinden voor de kleinste 1 tot 4 jaar. Misschien hebben wij deze gemist. Dan hadden ze daar nog even lekker kunnen uitrazen na een dag in de auto.
Le personnel est professionnel et accueillant. Les chambre sont très propres et confortables. Il y a des activités sympa (piscine, baby-foot, tennis...).
Le petit déjeuner est extra (salé et sucré). Il y a même un brunch le dimanche.
Il n'y a pas de climatisation mais un système de refroidissement de l'air qui est suffisant pour ne pas avoir chaud et ne pas tomber malade.
Hotel au top je recommande.

Pas de climatisation simplement de l’air frais ce n’est plus l’équivalent d’un novotel surtout quand on voit le tarif et aucune information sur le site
Het zwembad. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Fijn dat er goede laadpalen aanwezig zijn. Een restaurant is fijn als je na een lange reis aankomt met een kindje; het buffet was oké. Fris kinderbed met beddengoed. Badhanddoeken aanwezig bij het zwembad. Vers fruit en volop koud water beschikbaar vanwege de extreme hitte.
De kamer was vies en verouderd. Er lagen geplette etensresten op het tapijt die eenvoudig met stofzuigen weg hadden kunnen zijn. Vieze plekken in de badkamer. Slechts 1 handdoek aanwezig op de kamer. Er zaten veel grote bruine motten in de kamer en dat was smerig. Gemeld bij de dame van de receptie maar ze zei dat het vlinders waren. Geen airco dus zéér warme kamers (nu was het ook extreem heet). Ontbijt oké maar niet bijzonder. Geen mini koelkast op de kamer, vervelend als je op doorreis bent. Prijs/ kwaliteit van de overnachting compleet uit verhouding en het is absoluut geen 4 sterren hotel. Voor ons niet nog een keer.
