Pros:

Amazing location and very helpful staff. We were there in the off season and they even upgraded our room. Lots of little perks like shuttle service and holding bags after check out if needed.

Pros:

Traveled with my family (wife and 15 month baby) and the entire stay was great. The staff, the ammenities, the location near Chamonix, etc. Being a family friendly hotel made our life way easier. Will come back again!

Cons:

Food could be better, especially providing healthier options, more vegetables, more fruits, etc.

An average hotel in a nice location. Do not expect 4-star service — it’s closer to a 3-star standard. Prices are reasona

breakfast and location, cleaning service, option to get fresh water any time, lobby bar and drinks menu, nice staff at the reception

Cons:

The property definitely does not deserve a 4-star rating. The rooms are small and rather average, with older furnishings. The restaurant does not serve lunch, and the waiting time for food is very long. The wellness area is very poor — saunas and the jacuzzi are already turned off an hour before closing.

Leider war die Zeit zu schnell vorbei

Das Hotel ist Mega alle sehr nett der Empfang hat alles erklärt und gezeigt einfach top Parkplatz genau vor der Tür und sauna und Pool auch sehr gepflegt

Hotel familial
Pros:

L'hotel est extremement bien pensé pour les famille. La grande pièce central a plusieurs jeux, arcade, baby foot, billard ainsi qu'une salle de jeux attenant pour les enfants. C'est particulièrement confortable pour les parents qui peuvent discuter, manger, prendre l'apéro tout en ayant des enfants qui s'amusent juste à côté.

Petit déjeuner de qualité.

Cons:

Côté picsine, j'ai trouvé l'eau un peu froide et le jacuzzi est petit, et rarement inoccupé.
