It was better than we expected. We would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner were wonderful. Menu was generous. Thank you for upgrading our room for mountain view. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna were clean and good.

Cons:

I dont have any bad experience but only thing I can say (and was not a big issue) the service during dinner was little slow.

Le service et le repas savoureux. Le babyfoot et le billard. Le grand coin salon...la piscine. La gare à 5 min à pied pour aller à Chamonix. Le calme pour dormir....

Cons:

On a passé un bon séjour...bon rapport qualité prix....Un plus aurais été un frigo dans la chambre...

Très agréable séjour !
Pros:

Le confort de la chambre. Le personnel très agréable et accueillant.
Le buffet petit déjeuner parfait et copieux. Le repas spécial raclette était très bon. La navette à disposition très pratique. Suite à un souci avec cette dernière, la direction a fait immédiatement un geste et nous avons trouvé cela très professionnel.

Cons:

Le problème de navette évoqué dessus mais réglé comme il se doit, sinon tout était parfait.
