Breakfast all good
Extremely noisy inconsiderate guests in room above between 11.30on and 1am thumping around the room!
Clean, comfortable, air conditioning worked in the middle of the heatwave.
Breakfast items were all good quality
Although the breakfast items were very good, the choice was somewhat limited, so anyone staying more than 2 nights would have been disappointed
My stay at Novotel Nottingham Derby was very pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The only minor drawback was that there was no soap provided in the bathroom. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel.
The only issue during my stay was the absence of soap in the bathroom. I reported it to the housekeeping staff, but unfortunately, the issue was not resolved.
Great location close to motorway. Clean rooms.
Food service very poor, barely edible frozen food very limited choice and nothing healthy.
Easy access from motorway, good clean, comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast. Would need car or taxi when accessing this hotel. Everything we needed for an overnight stay when attending a funeral next morning. It was very quiet on the night (a Monday) when we stayed.
Turn out from hotel on to fast busy road was a little awkward. Probably not too much to do in immediate vicinity of hotel.
Good location, plenty of parking and friendly staff
We had been camping all weekend at a running festival in Leeds and needed a room to stay overnight on the way home to London - this was perfectly located just off the M1! Despite looking a little dated on the outside, we were really impressed by the modern interior. The bed was very comfortable indeed, and the bathroom really nicely updated. We had a great, short stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly! Would definitely stay again if in the area. Very reasonably priced too!

Breakfast was excellent, good choice, good quality. Room very clean and spacious.
Ordered dinner on first night at 7pm, after 3 enquiries as to why is was taking so long, each time told, order wasn't placed and it wouldn't be long, finally ate at 8.45pm I could have understood if they had been busy but there was only 3 other tables occupied. Decided not to eat in restaurant second night.

Room was average considering the price, they were extremely under staffed and the staff did well to tun around and make things work for the customers. Very friendly but over worked staff.
