The staff were very helpful and friendly, couldn't have been better. Good food and drinks! Room was clean and comfortable however a bit dated if im being fussy

I recently stayed at Novotel Nottingham Derby and had a fantastic time. The staff at the reception were very nice.
The room was very clean and comfortable, good wifi connection, very good heating facilities.
I'd highly recommend. Can't wait to come back!

Rooms clean and spacious. Bathroom and toilet nice and clean. All decor good.
When we arrived home we rang to let them know an electric philips man's razor had been left in the room by ourselves. Our fault.
Feedback was that the razor had not been found.in the room.
Bar food could be better, same for breakfast, which we'd booked before, on a previous trip. Just a personal opinion.

Helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, quiet despite being beside M1, good breakfast.
The rooms are spacious and good comfy beds
Breakfast was not hot and disappointing for the price, top floor avoid, rain could be heard easily on the roof, also noisy residents banging doors in early hours and reception not doing anything about it.
Only one EV charging point need more and the car park needs more lights as the road is full of potholes
