A good room for the price.
Pros:

Room was comfy and clean and shower very good. The air con/ heating whined a bit in the night which kept me awake. Staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

I didn’t have breakfast but had dinner. The meal I had with friends was pretty bad. I realised it would be as nobody was in the restaurant. The lasagne wasn’t too bad but my friends had the pasta and the veggie dish and both were shocking. My chips were goos

Pros:

Clean and comfortable room. Also had a fridge which was a bonus, as I stayed for 2 days it meant we could store some fruit and water in to keep fresh and cold. Staff were very pleasant on arrival, and gave us local taxi information. The hotel is only a 10 minute drive from everywhere we needed to get to.

Cons:

The shampoo was empty but didn't realise until Id already got in the shower so didn't have chance to go down and ask for it to be refilled. I'm sure it would have been no trouble had I gone down and asked. The toilet (although I liked that it was in a separate room from the shower) didn't have a sink. You had to leave the toilet and go into the shower room to wash your hands, touching all handles on the way.

Pros:

Room very clean and perfect for our short stay. Breakfast excellent. Comfortable sleep. Great shower

Cons:

My wife missed not having a dressing mirror.
The bathroom mirror hard to see in with the loads of LED lights around it

Good breakfast for a buffet. Attentive staff

Inter room door, which whilst locked wasnt sound proof. Stale smell in the air. Union Jack flags on all the lampposts outside

It was very clean, We were impressed.

Cons:

We were given only 1 key instead of 2, since 2 adults were lodging. This would have been very convenient if one wanted to leave the room without the other person having to stay awake to open the door. The key could not be removed if one person was in the room because the electricity would cut off.

Location and room was very good. The shower was excellent.

Cons:

Looked forward to breakfast as we’ve had lovely food previously at Novotel. This breakfast was the worst we have had.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly, couldn't have been better. Good food and drinks! Room was clean and comfortable however a bit dated if im being fussy
