Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, quiet and spacious and there was a fridge.
Friendly staff especially the gentleman on reception this morning. He went above and beyond to help my elderly mum . with all her luggage. Very friendly and very kind.

Lift wasn’t working
The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.
The separate toilet and bathroom is a bit inconvenient but there's not a lot that can be done about this. The car park needs resurfacing. We did NOT like the flags which had been attached to the hotel-owned lampposts at the entrance road. We consider ourselves patriotic, but we find the display here and throughout Long Eaton, at the hands of narrow-minded bigots, of Union Jacks and St. George's Cross flags to be quite offensive as they are clearly intended to intimidate non-UK residents and people of different heritage. Not a great welcome for overseas guests!
