Pleasant short stay.
Pros:

Good location, just off the M1. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Lift was out of use, and I had a big suitcase. Luckily we were only one floor up.

Exactly what we were looking for in a mid way stopover
Pros:

Perfect stop for a long motorway trip up north with kids. Clean, comfy amd decent breakfast. Exactly what you need when traveling with kids.

Better than expected, for the price we paid.
Pros:

All the staff we came into contact with were really friendly, welcoming and helpful (Reception, cleaner, restaurant and bar staff) and appeared to be enjoying their work.
The bedroom was spacious and well equipped and the bed was very comfortable and most importantly everything was well cleaned. The bathroom was very nice and modern and the shower in particular was well designed and very spacious (I was able to turn the water on and let it run warm before before moving under the shower; a bonus for me!).
We were surprised how quiet the room was considering the proximity to the motorway. The place had a nice feel and he breakfast selection was very good.

Cons:

It would be nice if the lighting in the bathroom particularly at the mirror could have been brighter. The inside bottom of the kettle we had was burnt black but it was immediately changed when we requested for it to be so.
The lift was out of order which was a bit inconvenient for our arrival and departure with our cases.
