Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

Pleasant and helpful staff. Very clean, modern room - excellent bedding. Close to M6, but noise from motorway not intrusive. Decent breakfast. Good value for money and will use again.

Cons:

Car park busy; could do with less electric charging, as peeps with ‘normal’ vehicles having to park up verges and on yellow lines. Large open plan entrance/reception/restaurant area .. entrance doors constantly in use; whole area was cold and therefore uninviting, and taking dinner not the most pleasant of experience given the temperature. Ground floor room had a faint whiff of sewage .. weather had been been awful - high winds and heavy/torrential rain - might have not helped re pipes/sewage not coping with the rush.

Very modern, clean, comfortable stay - amazing value for money.
Pros:

The room was very clean, spacious and modern. The bathroom and shower were very good. The staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast had many options and was very good.

Cons:

I didn't love the dinner menu options, but that's just me personally.

Location and spacious rooms

Cons:

Make sure you register your car at reception. I thought that I had registered but was told that I had not. This meant that I received a fine from Parkingeye of£100. My husband is disabled and we had parked in a disabled bay with his pass on show. I immediately phoned the hotel and they said you must register your car with them. They said they would try to cancel the fine so hopefully this has happened. I have not heard back from the hotel regarding this matter. Just be aware.!
