We had made a mistake in the date we were arriving back from Asia. We arrived a day earlier than expected. The hotel gave us no credit for the night we had booked and then changed us extra as walk ins

Cons:

The cooked breakast was good but there was no fresh fruit except for apples and the following day; canned peaches! Better than no fruit I suppose!

Overall a great stay.
Pros:

Good location and great service overall. The breakfast service had a great variety. I appreciated that it had pet friendly rooms.
The hotel was very clean and felt modern. I loved the coffee machine in reception.

Cons:

The pet policy was only shared with us upon checking in. As I booked a pet friendly room and indicated I am bringing a dog, I would have appreciated to receive a copy of this policy via email.
The breakfast room uses paper plates and plastic cutlery which is not environmentally friendly and feels cheap.

Stayed for the location, Left because of the HORRIBLE "Free" breakfast
Pros:

Hotel was clean and for the most part quiet. Convenient location. The "Free" breakfast made me want to ask for my money back. FOR A FREE BREAKFAST !! It was atrocious. Would not go back unless it is vastly improved. Thank God White Spot was right there
