Breakfast, swimming pool, facility, and the area were exceptional
No aircon in the room the windows weren't fully opened which made it difficult stay in the room with kids
Staff, food and facilities all good.
Only gripes were the lack of Air-Con in the bedrooms (Bar and Restaurant were fine), on the hottest nights of the year. Very warm trying to sleep the first night! Second night we used a fan that we had brought with us, and had the windows open after 10pm, which helped.
Pool was very clean, but the water was a little warm for my taste. However, the steam room and showers were excellent.

Staff are all young teenagers … spend lots of time talking to each other in the back and constantly have to shout ‘hello anyone there ‘ before they come to serve !
Very big room, very clean. The staff were friendly and kind. Big parking, green area, close to the town.
The charge £ 25 for a dog, extremely expensive.

Pool lovely for hot days and timetable with set adult times to swim in peace was excellent. Plenty for breakfast with additional choices and made a good start to the day.
No air con in bedroom when 35 degrees meant had to stay out of room until bedtime. A fan was provided but obviously inadequate in extreme temperatures . Sadly this will mark a good hotel down but it will have to be looked at for future summers.

The facilities at the hotel such as the pool, sauna, gym and games room were ecceptional. They were well maintained and the staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I’d like to give a special thanks to the restaurant staff during breakfast service. They were so kind and nothing was too much trouble. A special thanks to Aziz for taking such good care of us. Always smiling and helpful. We look forward to coming back.
The rooms really needed a mini fridge. Especially given the heat we are currently experiencing. And also aircon to be Installed for a better and more comfortable nights sleep during the summer months.

Main light in room 151 is not working.
Breakfast is a bit of free for all especiall y when a bus group is leaving.

Intial disappointment at not being allocated the room which we booked but the issue was resolved by excellent front of desk staff member Emma.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating to our need for early check in.
Parking was ample and free was able to check in early at no extra cost and receptionist was very welcoming. Room was clean and tidy good
location from centre took 10 mins on bus very easy. Reasonable price compared to others who charged for parking and didn’t guarantee a space.
Gym facilities were small but clean and accessible with no hassle, staff were quick to get me a towel when I forgot mine when using swimming pool. Bar prices were reasonable and bar stayed open late for guests.
Rooms quite dated and we were in lower ground level at end of corridor, although there was a smell of paint in the corridor it needed refreshing. Paint was peeling on our bathroom door and doors in corridor. Cobwebs in door ways which added to the “basement feel” somewhat! No Ac in room
although floor fan provided and windows opened a reasonable amount. Breakfast was typical buffet under heat lamps drying out. Bus timetable seemed incorrect which was provided at reception (9.40pm service didn’t exist) and had to get Uber back to hotel instead, but not much price difference. Would have loved to have booked a spa treatment but prices seemed steep even with discount offered as part of booking.
