Pros:

Location great. Good size room. Good breakfast.

Cons:

No air con in the room and it was 30 degrees! There was a fan provided but doesn’t help much in that weather.

Great little base for exploring with kids
Pros:

Brilliant hotel, great size room when travelling with family. Kids loved the pool and games room.
Breakfast great with fresh fruit, good juice options and gluten free options more than usual.

Cons:

Only downside was lack of air con in room, but had a fan.

Excellent venue, bedrooms, staff and service first rate.
Pros:

Check in was very smooth. The room was very spacious, bed comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast plentiful and delicious. There is an outside area with giant games (jenga, connect 4, chess) plenty of seats and parasols. Special mention to Sam in the restaurant for excellent service.

Cons:

Nothing to improve.

Really nice hotel just what we wanted.
Pros:

Location was very nice and not far from town. Room was very pleasant and had everything required.Staff very helpful and cheerful.Everywhere very clean.

Hotel is well situated, a d only a few miles to theatre in Stratford.
Pros:

I left a shirt in my wardrobe. Reception staff were excelle t, and posted it back to me.

Good location
Pros:

The hotel is set in a beautiful location, no road noise and the sounds of the birds. The breakfast was very good too.

Cons:

We were woken up by some guests one morning at 6.30am who were extremely noisy. They were taking photos etc right outside the window to our room

Pros:

Facilities and position. We had a spa treatment which was lovely and the staff were. Matt the bar manager was particularly good.

Cons:

I was disappointed in the quality of dinner and the length of time to be served. 2 1/4 hours for dinner.

Leisurely one night stay
Pros:

Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and warm, very clean, spacious lockers. The sauna and steam room were great too. Towels were provided so we didn't need to use the ones we'd brought with us.

Cons:

Location - A bit too far out of Stratford-upon-Avon

Bit disappointed this time.

Dust in room.
No fridge in deluxe room.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable so had to ask for another quilt.
Not a lot of staff.
No room service available.
Stayed here quite a few times and noticed standards have dropped.
No plug sockets next to bed for cpap machine.

Pros:

Very helpful staff. Excellent meal in the restaurant. Very good breakfast buffet. Nice spa area. Lots of space for parking. Good clean comfortable rooms.
