Overall experience of this hotel is really good. Lots of things to keep the children entertained both in the hotel and on the outside surrounding areas.
A couple of members of staff could do with a bit of additional training on providing better customer service especially their attitude when resolving little problems like, room key not working or food being taken away upstairs for unwell travellers. Either a power trip attitude, my way or highway attitude, or they know best attitude is not very helpful.

Tomatoes and mushrooms quite hard at breakfast
Hair dryer could not be switched to warm. Set on cold to save energy. So took 20 mins to dry hair as opposed to 3-5 mins
The bed was very comfortable indeed. Even if you're only staying for one night you have time to use the leisure centre, as check-out is at 11. The hotel is in a quiet, rural-feeling area, but is close to Stratford.
There were no vegetarian cooked breakfast options. The car park is quite spread out, and it's not easy to get a spot close to the entrance.
Pool area.
The smell of drains in the bathroom. Also had issues with our food Sunday night not being correct.
Breakfast was like a cattle market people looking for food as not been topped up and hot food was bare at 9.20am.
No water or glassses in the room. And no plugs at the side of the bed.

I really liked the facilities. The pool, sauna & steam room were great. I liked the hotel grounds. The breakfast was good too. Staff were really friendly. The price was excellent in my opinion. I’ve already booked a return visit.
It was really hot in the bedroom and there was only a small fan. I also didn’t find the pillows that comfortable but that’s just my personal preference.

The staff are excellent, food and waitress service in restaurant very attentive.
There appears to be a lack of investment in the rooms, the deluxe rooms had new carpets but the bathrooms were very dated with doors looking like early 80,s boarding in need of replacement to justify being called deluxe. No aircon in the bedrooms. By contrast the bar area was freezing cold with guests sitting in the hallway to enjoy a drink in relative comfort.

The view wasn’t amazing. The room was showing a little wear in places.
Everything, the food, the bar, the leisure facilities. Partners birthday whilst we were there and staff sang here happy birthday.

spa and massage are too overpriced. We had a King size bed was not comfortable to sleep, need more firm pillows
