A little luxury with everything attended to!
Pros:

The gardens at the entry were lovely. The hotel had a spacious feel. The room was comfortable and very pleasant. The dining room was large and we had a really beautiful evening meal and lovely breakfast. Every aspect of our stay was well done.

Cons:

I have no complaints.

Breakfast seemed to be a bit dried...maybe cooked too far in advance. Had the 'to order' pancakes on the 2nd day which were good.

Okay, but nothing special and food was poor

Staff were lovely and helpful, especially the ladies that served breakfast

Cons:

The whole place feels a bit jaded. The rooms were fine and the swimming pool was great, but the food was not as good as we expected from previous reviews. The bacon was dried out, as were the mushrooms. Porridge was gloopy. Lunch was also poor - barely warm fries and the ciabatta was extremely greasy. Chicken wings were good though.

Fantastic few days away
Pros:

The staff were amazing. Each one genuinely smiled and wanted us to have a great time either in the hotel or exploring Stratford and surrounding areas. Breakfast staff were so accommodating and it was a lovely way to start the day. The lady that checked us in was a great first impression of the hotel.
One detail I always look for is how my children are treated and every member of staff did an amazing job. Being patient while they explained their request and helped us to raise independent and polite kids.

Cons:

There wasnt anything we didnt like.

Friendly staff, great location. Family friendly facilities
Pros:

The staff at this hotel were amazing. Really friendly and helpful, the front desk, all the restaurants and the pool. Couldn’t fault them. Loved the range of family friendly facilities like the games room and cinema.

Cons:

The hotel could do with an update in some areas, however I think this is reflected in the price. It was clean and the rooms were well stocked with refreshments and towels daily

Pros:

A lovely family 2 night break in a great location for accessing Stratford and Warwick. Hotel is in nice grounds with plenty of parking and outside space. Good bar and restaurant area though we only had drinks and chips in the bar. We had 2 twin rooms which were comfortable and clean. The cinema, games room and swimming pool are great additions to keep kids entertained. Breakfast was a good selection and of a good quality with additional items available from the kitchen on request. Coffee could have been better, seemed to be problems with the machines. Staff were excellent throughout, very friendly and helpful. Managed to check-in an hour early which was a bonus.

Cons:

Bathrooms could do with a refresh. Coffee from the machines at breakfast was not great but ok.

Would take a shower in the spa but would stay again.

Location, breakfast options and staff attentiveness.

Cons:

The walls of the shower cubicles in the ladies spa changing rooms were absolutely disgusting. The grout lines were filthy and were the same for our whole weekend showing the walls had not been wiped down at all.
