Stratford Manor Hotel

We enjoyed our stay. Room was very nice. Breakfast was very tasty and a wide variety of choices. Staff were very friendly.
Only one issue we asked for some water and it never arrived at the room the one night. The night before we did get the things we asked for. Emma was very helpful and kind.

Fantastic location rooms are beautiful beds so comfy. Pillows amazing. Food exceptional. Now the staff well each and everyone of the staff are so polite courteous and welcoming. The breakfast team were out of this world all of them Acic Julie Laura Poppy Harris Chloe and Victor all of them are a total asset to the hotel they made us feel so welcome. The staff on reception were brilliant. All in all the Stratford Manor Hotel is one hotel I would definitely come back to time and time again.

Great location.
A group of 30 of us for two nights.
We had our own dining room, great service. Good standard of food and choices.
Excellent accommodation, spotless, comfortable rooms.
We have stayed here twice this year, different groups, used different level pf bedrooms, both excellent.

This time I had some Spa treatments. Rally leads a good team of exceptional therapists.
I had a massage and scrub one day with ? Chop an and a facial the next day with ?Andire.
Bothe therapists were excellent and I have experienced many worldwide. I will be booking treatments again when we go back, which is in the offing!

We were part of a group of over 20 of us. Just for one night, had a private function room.
Excellent service, spotless rooms.
Good pool, will avail of the spa treatments another time.

I loved my spa stay for 1. My massage was fabulous. I swam many lengths in the decent sized pool. Enjoyed the sauna & steam room, and how relatively quiet it was (it was a Monday). Such a chill. Lovely lunch included, great service. Kind attetive staff. I can't wait to do it again! I used the gym too and towels were not restricted to 1 per person, like in some establishments. Just a small thing, but I do like not having restrictions. Slept really well. Big comfy bed & pillows.

From start to finish, every experience was excellent. The staff were accommodating and friendly. My friend and I had wonderful treatments in the spa with Olivia & Maisie. We will be back later this year.

My wife and I visited the hotel last Thursday and left on Saturday morning. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly reception staff and allocated our room. The room was superb, it was big with a nice size bathroom, a king size bed, desk with chair and 2 large armchairs with a round table. Something that you do not see in most hotels. In addition there were free drinks in the fridge, coke, beer, white wine and still water and it was topped up each day. The room was kept immaculate by the room ladies. On the Thursday we had a nice meal in the restaurant and on the Friday we had a meal in the bar, we could not fault either. The breakfast catered for all tastes and was of a good quality. Overall we could not fault the hotel or the staff who were a credit to the Hotel Management. I would not hesitate to stay at the hotel again and would recommend it to anyone.

We booked the hotel through a wowcher deal to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary.
We were lucky to have our room upgraded to a superior with a mini bar and robes included.
The staff were lovely and friendly.
High praise to the restaurant staff and the lady who sat us at our table and took our order, she was very welcoming and friendly and when she knew it was our anniversary she brought us a glass of prosecco each which was a lovely touch.
The food was delicious and well presented. Service excellent and the same at breakfast.
We used the leisure facilities which were very good.
The hotel even had a games room with pool table and table tennis and you could use the cinema room for a small fee. All lovely extras and drinks especially if travelling with children.

The only negative was my husband had arranged with the hotel, for roses, wine and chocolates to be in the room ok check in. Unfortunately when we arrived this hadn’t been sorted out which upset my husband as this was a surprise for me to celebrate our anniversary. He wasn’t charged as he spoke to reception but that was disappointing as he didn’t have opportunity to sort anything else out.

But that is only a small thing and I wouldn’t let that stop me from returning.

Excellent day spa experience, friendly staff and not too busy (Monday) so plenty space in the pool. Treatments very good too.

Had a lovely spa day for my birthday. The amazing Maisy did my body scrub and massage and I can easily say that I have never felt so relaxed during a massage before. Everything was perfect.

Excellent overnight spa break with dinner and breakfast included. Great value for money. Staff were very helpful particularly Laura (restaurant) and Olivia (spa) facial and massage was best I've ever had

Our dinner this evening was incredible! There were plenty of veggie and vegan options and my fussiness was accommodated with a smile.
We were greeted by Marie who was happy, polite and so lovely. We then had Grace F and Chloe serve as as well as Marie and every one of them was just amazing. Friendly, polite and helpful.

Emil and the chefs cooked amazing food and didn’t mind when I was fussy when my food came out! Thank you so much!

Honestly such a lovely experience.
