Good value, great staff, a nice place to stay.
Pros:

The room was great, spacious, clean, well appointed.
The staff were superb.
It was a good location, close to the town and to the train station, but nice and quiet. I think the rooms were sound-proofed as we did not hear much. The air conditioning was very welcome.

Cons:

The bathroom facilities looked good but did not function well.
In particular, the shower curtain ended inches above the tray, so there was water all over the floor after a shower.
The breakfast choice and well cooked, but it was self service which was not easy for me as my husband has dementia.

Pros:

You are paying for location. We spent 2 nights and didnt use the car once. Lovely walk into town. Very central. Stayed in a spacious king room. Very clean. Nice garden area.

Cons:

The shower over bath was not fit for purpose. Unless you are getting a deal do not pay for breakfast as plenty of places in town for half the price. You had to ask for aircon to be turned on centrally which was strange considering it was a 30 degree heat outside. Room large/clean but needs an upgrade very shabby in places. Considering what you are paying was not value for money however location was perfect.

Ideal for one or two night stay
Pros:

Location is ideal for train station, quieter end of town and the gardens at the front are wonderful

Cons:

It’s pricier than it needed to be and breakfast should be included, but it is Stratford and it was a sunny Bank Holiday weekend.

Stopover in Stratford upon Avon
Pros:

The location of the hotel was good for access to the town, just a short walk away. The staff were all really friendly and made our little dog feel very welcome.

Cons:

On our second night there was alot of noise on our floor with doors banging into the early hours which unsettled our dog.

A decent option for last minute
Pros:

The location and availability at practically last minute. The beds were amazing.

Cons:

WiFi, or rather - the lack of getting one via simple password, and providing your details in order to obtain it.
Breakfast was pretty basic with not that many options or amounts. Some of the mugs were dirty.

Great location, minutes from everything and also close to the train station. Friendly staff, really nice room and very comfy bed.

Pros:

The reception & dining room staff very good

Cons:

The room was supposed to be for a disabled person but the comfy chair was not high enough & the person concerned needed help.to get out of it.

In the shower the handrail was too close toiletries.
