A great one night stay within walking distance of everything we wanted to do.
Pros:

We felt very welcome upon arrival and particularly enjoyed the warm cookie! The room was spacious and comfortable, the toiletries were nice. The breakfast had good options with the opportunity to order pancakes and poached eggs from the kitchen. The parking was great as well with loads of space.

Cons:

The bar could have been better stocked and felt rather dark.

Very disappointing!
Pros:

The bedroom had a very nice shower.

Cons:

The breakfast was self service, even down to having to fill up one’s own tea pot with hot water (which was only from a vending machine so took three goes to fill) even though 3 waiters stood around no one came to our table to offer the kitchen cooked options. I asked one of them for a poached egg (the fried ones on the counter were dried up) before selecting other items from the hot counter, it took 20mins before my eggs arrived ( apologies from the chef haha!) my partners bacon was cold and the all the food was lukewarm.

Enjoyable weekend spoilt only by some management issues. Full marks to staff for quality of service and friendliness.
Pros:

Excellent fabric, comfortable ambience.

Cons:

Room service breakfast: cold! shocking. Serve yourself restaurant breakfast warm not hot, serious problem of energy stinginess here - heating lamps over food not hot enough. If this were to be corrected, little to fault. But breakfast plates ridiculously small. Upset that American guest who wanted only an egg was told full price or nothing - not a good “ look”. for a “Hilton”.

Pleasent enough!
Pros:

Hotel was lovely and quiet. Room was nice, and felt clean. Breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

I was a bit surprised to find that we had to pay for parking. As a paying guest, you do not expect to have to pay to park your car on the premises. Quite naughty really!
