Location and pleasant rooma
Very poor, watery coffee at breakfast. Very disappointed about this .
Location and staff
Nothing to mention.
The room was great, spacious, clean, well appointed.
The staff were superb.
It was a good location, close to the town and to the train station, but nice and quiet. I think the rooms were sound-proofed as we did not hear much. The air conditioning was very welcome.
The bathroom facilities looked good but did not function well.
In particular, the shower curtain ended inches above the tray, so there was water all over the floor after a shower.
The breakfast choice and well cooked, but it was self service which was not easy for me as my husband has dementia.
You are paying for location. We spent 2 nights and didnt use the car once. Lovely walk into town. Very central. Stayed in a spacious king room. Very clean. Nice garden area.
The shower over bath was not fit for purpose. Unless you are getting a deal do not pay for breakfast as plenty of places in town for half the price. You had to ask for aircon to be turned on centrally which was strange considering it was a 30 degree heat outside. Room large/clean but needs an upgrade very shabby in places. Considering what you are paying was not value for money however location was perfect.
Location is ideal for train station, quieter end of town and the gardens at the front are wonderful
It’s pricier than it needed to be and breakfast should be included, but it is Stratford and it was a sunny Bank Holiday weekend.
Very clean hotel and room very nice. Lovely grounds and decor.
Breakfast self serve food area was too cramped for a very busy hotel. Food was always running out. Coffee average!
Hotel was really good overall. Well stocked room. Convenient room.
Coffee at breakfast was really poor. Weak and didn’t taste of coffee at all. Dishes needed to be replenished more often. Had to wait for more bread for toast.Empty plates not taken away
We requested a twin room - non were available so we were upgraded to a Junior Suite at no extra charge.
Difficult to park as the hotel was full
The location of the hotel was good for access to the town, just a short walk away. The staff were all really friendly and made our little dog feel very welcome.
On our second night there was alot of noise on our floor with doors banging into the early hours which unsettled our dog.
Great location, excellent staff, comfy rooms, good breakfast.
Excellent breakfast
Extra blanket
The location and availability at practically last minute. The beds were amazing.
WiFi, or rather - the lack of getting one via simple password, and providing your details in order to obtain it.
Breakfast was pretty basic with not that many options or amounts. Some of the mugs were dirty.
Very nice hotel in a good location for walking into the centre of Stratford. Easy to park. Staff were mostly very helpful and friendly. Room larger than expected. Very good breakfast.
A little noisy at night; the soundproofing between the rooms isn't great.
Great location, minutes from everything and also close to the train station. Friendly staff, really nice room and very comfy bed.
The bathroom was a bit cold, there is a small towel rail so didn’t heat the room that well.
The reception & dining room staff very good
The room was supposed to be for a disabled person but the comfy chair was not high enough & the person concerned needed help.to get out of it.
In the shower the handrail was too close toiletries.
