I don’t usually leave reviews unless necessary.
Pros:

First of all we did love the location, view, and breakfast. I picked the place because the rooms looked cuter than most places that include breakfast. However after the first night, we discovered termite droppings(like a cup full) between the pillows of the bed. When I approached the front desk, I had the maintenance guy come with me to confirm what we saw. The front desk and manager said they would look into it and call me while i go to the beach. When I came back, the bed was made with no phone call and more droppings. By that time the front desk and manager were gone for the day and didn’t tell the next guy a solution. I asked for clean pillows and slept another night. By the next morning, more droppings occurred in the same spot even though we moved the bed ourselves. The original front desk lady was there and said she couldn’t believe it because they didn’t find anything and they were fully booked. My husband grabbed a couple of ottomans and found the source of termites and we asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else. They sent a guy to our room to caulk the hole and then we saw they listed our room immediately. For the price, i could not believe how they handled the situation and I’m glad I switched hotels.

Happy with the staff and location. Over $400 a night seems high for this room.

Nice, could be better

It was really close to all restaurants and shops

Cons:

Getting an upgraded room and not getting an upgraded room. Poolside need to be updated with new umbrellas. Our Bathroom cabinets were peeling apart. Big wasteful walk in closet. The plantation blinds broken in our room. Picture hanging on wall, with old mounting holes visible
