The location was excellent. Once you parked your car you really didn’t need it again. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance!

I loved the unusual look! We had water views in the front and back. The restaurant was very good and it was a very short walk to the harbor where we took a boat tour. Everything we needed was in walking distance.

Customers service, the lady attending breakfast is awesome.

Location & scenic views

So, disappointed! I took so long deciding on where I would stay for a little single mom overnight get away. I looked at Air BnBs, hotels and motels, from $95 to $195, on the water and not. I usually stay at modest locations to be frugal. But "King size bed, balcony, harbor view,' just kept rigging in my ears. I finally decided to splurge and spend twice what I normally would for that balcony view. I planned on sitting out there in the evening reading and even planned to eat my breakfast out there. I was sooooooooo disappointed when I realized what I was sold was a parking lot view. Look past the hotel parking lot and the marina parking lot and you might get a glimpse of some water. I never sat outside on that balcony. The irony is, on the other side of the building, where the outside walkway is to get to your room is a beautiful, calm harbor view. But there are NO windows on that side of the room. The only time you see that view is when you are coming or going from your room.
The jacuzzi I was looking forward to sitting in and relaxing was closed off.
The TV also did not work. By the time I noticed, took a shower, got comfortable in bed to watch whatever I wanted. Nothing. It turned on, just no other channels were available. It was late. I was frustrated. I didn't want to call the front desk and walk through instructions to try and fix it, or have someone come to my room. So I just turned it off.
The room is cute with cathedral ceilings and a window that peaks up to a point. However, the blinds that close for privacy and darkness only cover the square area straight across. The large triangle area at the top has no coverage. So, the lights from the PARKING LOTS below shine in and there is nothing you can do about it. Also, the sun shines in as soon as it comes up, 6:30am.
In closing, this was supposed to be a relaxing little get away that I looked forward to all the little things of staying in a hotel away from home, children and pets. I didn't end up getting most of those things. So that's disappointing. And I really feel like I was lied to. That is the biggest problem. If the description would have been honest and I knew what to expect coming in, the hotel was nice. The people were nice, the breakfast was good. The location is good. But I didn't get what I was expecting, so it ended up being a let down instead of a nice experience.
