Excellent petit déjeuné servis au rooftop, rien à dire! Restaurant du soir topissime, merci au chef cuisto. Un peu cher mais ça en vaut la peine. Serveuses du matin et du soir très aimables et serviables.
Chaque personnel rencontré s’est montré souriant, respectueux et serviable.
Merci à la femme de ménage également pour son investissement et les attentions pour les petites déco de chambre.
Très bonne qualité de matériel dans l’ensemble du Riad.
Bon emplacement du Riad une fois avoir pris connaissances des lieux et ses repères.
Hotel La brillante et l’Ecrin (à 2 pas) sont des riads partenaires donc accessibles pour les hôtes.

Prima del mio arrivo, ho chiesto alla reception di prenotare un ristorante che risultava sold out sul sito. Tavolo bellissimo e panoramico, prenotazione perfetta.

Modernes Riad - gute Mischung aus modern und traditionell

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und auch die Zimmer waren sauber.
Die Lage ist auch gut, wenn man innerhalb der Medina bleiben möchte.

De locatie is perfect echt midden in de medina, van de drukte in de stad merk je niets in de Riad. Heerlijk ontbijt elke dag, het personeel is super vriendelijk. Kamer wordt elke dag netje schoongemaakt. Echt een aanrader!!

Le personnel est adorable et très disponible. La situation au sud de la médina vous permet de tout faire à pied. La restauration est excellente. La piscine est chauffée à 28° à la mi-mars, ce qui est très agréable.

Tout etait parfait : le personnel était au petits soins pour nous. Le lieu est magnifique, calme et propre. Il est très bien situé .

Unsere absolute Empfehlung für dieses großartige Hotel! Wir waren mit der Familie für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Marrakesch, um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern – und hätten uns keinen schöneren Ort dafür vorstellen können.
Zu unserer großen Freude und Überraschung erhielten wir ein kostenfreies Upgrade auf die wunderschöne Suite „La Brillante“. Unsere erwachsenen Kinder hatten direkt daneben das ebenso traumhafte Zimmer „Ode à la Rose“. Schon dieser herzliche Empfang hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht.
An meinem Geburtstag gönnten wir uns zunächst im Spa-Bereich auf dem Rooftop eine Hammam-Anwendung und eine Massage. Als wir anschließend in unsere Suite zurückkehrten, erwartete uns eine unglaublich liebevolle Überraschung: Unser Bett war mit Rosen dekoriert, dazu rote Luftballons und kleine Aufmerksamkeiten auf dem Tisch – eine marokkanische Duftseife und Rosenwasser als Geschenk. Ich war wirklich überwältigt und sehr glücklich. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an die beiden lieben Zimmermädchen Naima und Sana, die alles mit so viel Liebe vorbereitet haben.
Obwohl dieses stilvolle Boutique-Riad mitten in der lebhaften Medina liegt – mit perfekter Lage und einem Taxistand nur etwa 30 Meter entfernt – betritt man beim Eintreten eine völlig andere Welt. Es ist wunderbar ruhig, und schon im Eingangsbereich wird man von einem angenehmen Duft empfangen.
Auch das Frühstück im Rooftop-Restaurant ließ keine Wünsche offen. Abends kann man dort ebenfalls hervorragend essen – unbedingt vorher reservieren, da es schnell ausgebucht ist. Wir waren im März dort bei etwa 15 °C und konnten trotzdem den angenehm warmen Pool und den Jacuzzi genießen.
Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und rundum wohl in diesem wahrlich brillanten Riad.

Stayed at La Brillante in Marrakech and had a great experience. The riad is beautiful, very calm, and right in the Medina so it’s easy to reach many places on foot. Rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the design of the whole house feels very refined.

What made the stay special was the hospitality. The host treated us extremely well from the moment we arrived, helped with recommendations, and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. You can tell the team genuinely cares about the guests.

Great service, beautiful place, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Would gladly stay here again.

What can I say.
On arrival we were met by a staff member to bring our luggage from the taxi they had arranged for the airport pick up and checked in by a very friendly lady.
She took a great deal of care to ensure we were happy and refreshed before giving us a map with their recommendations for sight and Restaurants.
Our room was HUGE with a very comfortable HUGE bed very modern and extremely clean and tidy.
NOTHING was too much bother - It was my wife's birthday, and I had arranged flowers with them but they went the extra mile and decorated our room.
Breakfast a delight and the two meals we had there very good.
It's an oasis of peace when you have been out and about.
I just can't primase the location, the staff or the service high enough.
