Great place, clean, friendly staff in good area.
I will definitely be looking out for Numa again as I travel a lot for work.
Nice stay. Excellent location in Pempelfort: around a 2 min walk from Nordstraße metro, with great streetcar access, vibrant cafés, shops, plus a quiet side-street vibe
• Modern, spacious rooms/studios/apartments with kitchenettes, work desks, premium beds – ideal for both short stays and business travellers
* online Einchecken ist so kompliziert wie nirgends, ohne jeden Mehrwert;
* mit dem anbiedernden Geduze soll vmtl. die fehlende Komponente Gastfreundschaft kompensiert werden;
* Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber (Haargummis hinter der Tür, alte Kaffeekapseln in der Maschine);
* Klimaanlage mit Schlauch, die man aus dem angekippten Fenster führen muss sind unsinnig und umweltschädlich;
* die Lage ist vielleicht praktisch, aber der Lärmpegel die ganze Nacht bei geöffnetem Fenster nahezu unerträglich - die Ohrstöpsel auf dem Nachttisch sagen wohl alles;
* ungastliche Lobby, mit vergitterten Bereichen - Urlaub in Guantanamo?

Bed and pillows were super comfy, spacious and well-kept all around. Shower drain was clogged initially, but staff helped us fix it and it was fine after. Great value stay overall!

Nice room with handy kitchenette.. good connection with subway and tram.. walking distance to centrum.. overall a good room to stay at when you visit Düsseldorf..

Schönes großes Zimmer (L), gutes kingsize Bett. Glück gehabt, das Zimmer war zum Innenhof, sonst Straßenseite sehr laut!
Nachteil: das Bad war schrecklich, alte gammelige Duschkabine. Bilder auf Homepage zumindest für dieses Zimmer falsch! Frühstück 👎
I was on a business trip and had a very nice stay in this small apartment. Close to Nordstrasse with great restaurants, and good access to public transport in the city. Check-in was easy with a code. In summary, it was perfectly located and I slept really well.

Terrible el check in porque no hay una persona que esté antendiendo sino que dependes de que te llegue un código pin que nunca recibí, entonces me tocó estar 45 minutos coordinando para poder entrar a la habitación

Unser Fernsehgerät ging nicht, deshalb wechselten wir in ein anderes Zimmer! Dort hatten wir dann keinen Balkon mehr, den wir aber mit gebucht hatten und bezahlten!

Pleasant well located apart hotel with co-working facilities. Be ware cleaning is not provided for under 8 day stays. Otherwise it was a nuce experience. The cafeteria downstairs is basic but the service is friendly. Better coffee and pastries could be found round the corner.
We stayed with a family of 4. Was spacious but very stuffy and hot even though it was cold outside. Had trouble checking in also as a tax needed to be paid and each family members details needed to be added - they should’ve done that ahead of time if it would hold up sending a PIN for checkin. All communication was via what’s app so took us nearly 30 min to check in. Finally the pull out couch/bed was very uncomfortable. Would not stay here again. Overpriced. Location was good and the room was clean though.
recently had the pleasure of staying at Numa and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The private staff were incredibly attentive and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need.
The hotel’s location was perfect, offering easy access to key attractions while providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The hotel is amazing! I love the way they communicate and the app is so simple and nice! Digital check-in and check-out, the option of entering earlier if the room is ready. I definitely recommend staying in Numa. Also, the location is very good. There are a lot of supermarkets and cafes around and a nice park with cute rabbits!
