Firstly, even though the booking clearly stated that breakfast was included, we were informed only at the time of check in that we had to pay extra for the child’s breakfast. This was disappointing and not transparent.

Additionally, the hotel did not provide basic necessities such as a water, kettle, tea bags, or other general in room essentials that guests usually expect for a comfortable stay.

Overall, the experience did not match what was promised in the booking, and I hope the hotel improves its communication and facilities for future guests.

Great hotel, highly recommended!
