Für 1 nacht einfach viel zu viel stress und für die probleme viel zu teuer

Vom aufbau der zimmer war es in ordnung

Cons:

Fängt an, im Bad ging das Licht nicht. Toilette war schonmal schlecht, die Gläser auf dem Zimmer waren schon benutzt. Die waren kläbrig, als wäre Cola darin gewesen, und die Fernbedienung hatte nicht funktioniert. Zum reinkommen ins parkhaus gabs genauso Probleme

Die Betten waren super
Das Frühstück war klasse

Cons:

Ein Aufzug war kaputt,es hing aber keine Info dran.

Das Reinigungspersonal hat weder Deutsch noch Englisch verstanden.

1x stand ohne anzuklopfen Personal im Zimmer.

Fehlende Türen am Bad.

Leider war kein früherer Check in möglich,sondern wirklich erst um 15h
Das war sehr unpraktisch,wenn man von weiter weg anreist,weil uns gesagt wurde auf Anfrage per Mail, dass man versuchen würde uns früher ins Zimmer zu lassen.

La propreté de l'hôtel, l'emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel du restaurant.

Cons:

L'accueil. La dame qui nous a accueilli ne parlait pas correctement l'anglais et nous avons eu peu d'informations concernant l'emplacement des chambres, ainsi que le parking.
J'aurais également aimé que les chambres que j'ai réservé soient l'une à côté de l'autre.

Uns wurde eine kostenlose Stornierung wegen der ausgefallenen Klimanalage angeboten.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen und in den Zimmern war es extrem warm (über 30 Grad)
