Pros:

Gostei muito da simpatia dos funcionários e o reconhecimento do hotel pelo facto do ar condicionado do hotel não estar a trabalhar e nos terem feito um desconto. Estava um calor infernal em Munique, os quartos estavam muito quentes e foi difícil dormir. O pequeno almoço é muito completo e variado. Obrigada pela vossa atenção.

Pros:

The room was ok

Cons:

The bathroom is dirty and built in a very bad way

There is no AC so we basically melted in the heat

I found a hair on the bed ,, but we changed the room easily so that’s a bonus

The hallway smelled like (Henna) which is disgusting

München und das Konzert waren sehr gut, der Aufenthalt im Hotel war ok!
Pros:

Lage war in Ordnung, Frühstück auch. Personal sehr nett!

Cons:

Klimaanlage war defekt, nur auf Nachfrage wurde mir ein Nachlass angeboten, der aber sehr akzeptabel war. Hätte ich jedoch nicht gefragt, wäre von Seiten des Hotels nichts passiert!

Die Lage ist perfekt. Gute Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel Anbindung.

Cons:

Leider die Kommunikation - die Air Conditioning war ausgefallen ( wohl schon seit Tagen ) dies wurde weder vor der Anreise ,noch bei Check In kommuniziert.
Grad in heißen Sommertagen wäre das eine wichtige Information.
