Pros:

Freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Heizungsanlage funktionierte nicht. Wir haben zusätzliche Decken bekommen und einen kleinen Heizlüfter.
Zur Begrüßung gab es im Zimmer eine halbe Erdbeere 🍓 und Stück Kuchen.
Die Tinte des Druckers hat für das Begrüßungsschreiben nicht gereicht, teils unleserlich gewesen.

Nicht alles muss perfekt sein wenn das Personal den Gast in den Mittelpunkt stellt
Pros:

Das Personal hat nicht immer gute Deutschkenntnisse ist aber ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert! Kundenwünsche werden bestmöglich umgesetzt! Die Lage ist sehr gut, d.h. etwas außerhalb aber in wenigen Minuten ist man mit der U-Bahn im Zentrum.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war in vergangenen Jahren besser. Keine Brotauswahl mehr sondern nur Baguette, Toast oder Brötchen. Fäkaliengeruch im Badezimmer/ Toilette. Regelung der Raumtemperatur genau wie Duscharmaturen schwierig.

Immer wieder!!
Pros:

Wir sind immer in diesem Hotel wenn wir in München sind. Es gefällt uns sehr. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es ist ein bisschen außerhalb aber man ist mit der Bahn schnell in der Stadt und kann das Auto da lassen.

Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr höfflich. Die Möglichkeit vorher online Ein und auch am Ende Auszuchecken hat es sehr einfach für mich gemacht und dafür gesorgt das es keine langen Wartezeiten gab. Auch hat mir sehr gut gefallen das beim Frühstück weitere Milchalternativen angeboten werden.

Cons:

Für ein Hotel in München hatte ich auf bayrisches Frühstückangebot (Obazda, Weißwürstchen und Brezeln) gehofft.

Pros:

​The View & Quiet: Being on the highest floor offered a breathtaking panoramic view. The room was perfectly silent, which was essential for my recovery.
​Design & Space: The modern, open-plan layout is a real source of inspiration for my own luxury gym project.
​Service: The staff was professional and handled my specific requests (tranquility, high floor) perfectly.

Cons:

Maintenance: I noticed some wall finishes starting to peel off in a few spots. For a hotel of this standing, a quick touch-up would make it flawless.
​The Bedding: The bed had two separate individual duvets (the classic German style). While typical for Germany, I personally prefer a single large double duvet for more comfort.

An enjoyable stay in a nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was well located for me as I was attending an all day meeting held in the hotel as well as an expo being held nearby. Breakfast was good and the breakfast hours very generous.

Cons:

Overall everything was good and I enjoyed my stay.

Wunderschöne renovierte Zimmer und ein sehr leckeres Frühstück.

Im Zimmer roch es ein wenig nach Fäkalien (wohl der Bodenablauf in der Dusche)
