Pros:

Het is best een prettig hotel met een fijne sfeer, prima ontbijt, en heel aardige mensen.

Cons:

Ik had een kamer aan de kant van het station, en dan rijdt er toch ergens in de nacht om de zoveel minuten een tram langs. En dat is heel irritant. Ik vind het eigenlijk niet netjes om voor die kamers net zo veel te rekenen als voor kamers die hier geen last van hebben.

Emplacement stratégique (2km flixbus, 5m de la gare et ou métro, bus, tramway, 1km museo egizio, 2km Valentino).
Salle de bain et douche très spacieuse, confort de la literie, grand écran tv, charme vintage de la chambre avec vitraux aux fenêtres sans lui enlever son confort. Mieux en vrai qu'en photo. Equipe accueillante et dynamique. Petit déjeuner buffet extraordinaire, très varié et généreux.

Cons:

Le manque de restaurant dans l'hôtel. J'aurais adoré manger même simplement une soupe ou une assiette de pâtes pour ne plus bouger le soir. Femme seule a proximité de la gare le soir pour aller manger = bofbof surtout qu'on ne voit pas vraiment les policiers dans ce secteur. Le dimanche soir à part une pizzeria, très peu sont ouverts à proximité pour manger sans se ruiner.

The staff were fantastic. So helpful and friendly. My single room was a cosy loft hideaway that l loved and very comfortable. Dog friendly. Free fizzy water, tea, coffee and snacks. Great location. Will be staying here again on my next visit to Turin.

This is my go-to hotel when I happen to be in Turin and I wouldnt bother to look at any other. It is super classy, chic, charming, and elegant. The staff are are lovely. The breakfast is delightful and so cheap and the rooms are very pretty. The location couldnt be better. The very heart of the city is like a very pleasant 15mins by foot. The train station is just accross the street and the airport bus is a 5 min walk away. Simply perfect. Well done management and all staff from cleaners to concierges to breakfast helpers.

abbiamo prenotato un percorso SPA per due: un vero disastro; abbiamo chiesto di acquistare un costume da donna taglia S, ci hanno portato una taglia L e fatto pagare regolarmente ( ma abbiamo dovuto ricomprarlo, per fortuna vicino c'era un Decathlon). Arriviamo dentro la SPA : non c'era nessuno, la vasca idromassaggio non attiva, bagno turco non attivo, la tisaneria sguarnita di bicchieri e così via. Sicuramente il problema è stato per carenza di personale infatti abbiamo dovuto cercare la ragazza dappertutto, poi abbiamo notato che la stessa si doveva fare in quattro con altre attività,

Desidero esprimere tutta la mia soddisfazione per il meraviglioso soggiorno presso il Best Western Plus Hotel Genova di Torino.

Un ringraziamento davvero speciale va al signor Alessandro della Reception, una persona di straordinaria gentilezza, cortesia e professionalità. Appena arrivato da Napoli, comprendendo la mia stanchezza dopo il viaggio, si è immediatamente prodigato per assegnarmi una camera e permettermi di riposare senza alcuna attesa. Un gesto di grande attenzione verso il cliente, che ho apprezzato profondamente e che non dimenticherò!

La camera? PERFETTA! Accogliente, pulitissima, confortevole e dotata di tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole.

La colazione? STUPENDA! Abbondante, varia, di ottima qualità e capace di soddisfare ogni esigenza.

Il personale? ECCEZIONALE! Gentilezza, disponibilità, educazione e professionalità sono qualità che contraddistinguono questa struttura.

La posizione? STRATEGICA! Una location ideale, comodissima per chi arriva a Torino e desidera muoversi agevolmente in città.

Ma soprattutto, ciò che rende speciale questo hotel è l'attenzione riservata agli ospiti. Perché il vero lusso non è soltanto una bella camera, ma sentirsi accolti, rispettati e coccolati come a casa propria.
