B&B HOTEL Cergy Port

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks.
The location is excellent: just 1 km from the restaurants at Cergy Port, and 1 km in the opposite direction you’ll find a shopping mall with a good supermarket.
However, there were several downsides:
- I had to change rooms because the bathroom was flooding, and the issue could not be fixed after some tries.
- The bar and restaurant are closed on weekends, leaving the hotel feeling quite empty.
- The gym has limited opening hours and very few pieces of equipment.

The hotel is located in a university area with not a lot of amenities around it. The rooms are spacious and the staff are lovely! They allowed me to check in earlier as the rest of my group was not expected until later that evening. The rooms are clean and the hotel is quiet. The restaurant food was excellent - much better than I expected. It's open from 7-10pm which is great for late arrivals. The bar is great with lots of tv's to watch sports on. The only issue is that it's nearly 1hr from Paris and with traffic, it's a bit far - but it's an excellent option for those who are there for business or visiting the campuses.

Bien situé. Propre. Fonctionnel. Très bon accueil.

Breakfast is terrible here. Tables are not cleaned or cleared of plates / bowls. Also no clean plates and bowls available as they are all still on the tables!! Juice machine not working, scrambled eggs made from powder not real eggs, poor cereal selection. pastries taste old and stale. very poor.

Le système de barrière n'est pas très facile. Oreiller trop dur

Hotel bem localizado próximo ao centro administrativo de Cergy e á ESSEC. quarto e cama confortáveis. Bom restaurante para jantar, com atendimento muito eficiente.

Hôtel bien placé avec parking spacieux.

Hotel pulito, camere ampie, confortevoli, comodo parcheggio interno. Posizione tranquilla, in periferia ma il centro di Parigi è raggiungibile in soli 30 minuti di auto.

Stayd for 2 nights book 2 family rooms
Hotel advertised as 4 star hotel on hotel's.Com but this is actually a 2 star hotel very small rooms asked 3 single bed in each room but the gave u 2 small single beds on reception staff is not very help full very misleading information on hotel's.Com. regarding this hotel paid over 300 euros

Es ist unverständlich dass das Personal kein Englisch spricht beim Check in. Zudem kam dass es IT Probleme gab. Zimmer wurde bereits vorbezahlt aber trotzdem doppelt gebucht. Eine Gutschrift auf die Kreditkarte wäre wohl nicht möglich. Nach dem Aufenthalt wurde meine Kreditkarte gesperrt aufgrund Missbrauch.

Badezimmer stank da das Wasser nicht abfloss.
Bett war unbequem. Insgesamt schlechter Service und Aufenthalt. Nicht nochmal.

Good stay in good hotel, yet, there is something wrong about the hotel, the lady running breakfast was intrusive, unfriendly and the milk was sour. Whatever you wanted to prepare with milk had to be given up. She did not know she was serving sor milk for coffee?

C'est à peine si l'hotesse m'a adressé la parole, alors qu'elle avait des difficultés à m'enregistrer.
Chambre, literie et salle de bain correcte, un peu vétuste.
Gros point noir, qualité du petit déjeuner très moyenne, assiettes salles, personnel peu sympathique

C'est bien. Mais je pensais voir mieux avec la note du site.
La salle de bains avait tellement de calcaire que l'eau peine à couler de la douche. Et on ne peut plus régler le jet de la douchette... bloquée par le calcaire. Tout aussi galère de tourner la robinetterie. Alors que si c'était réellement nettoyé et entretenu, il n'y aurait aucun problème.
Le canapé lit sur lequel ma fille a dormi était aussi très inconfortable, donc pas très reposant... à déconseiller si vous êtes dans le coin pour une compétition importante le lendemain!
Dernier bémol, la clim était à fond, au point qu'on a eu froid.

Le lit principal était pour sa part très confortable. Le reste correcte.

On a eu une chambre pour personnes handicapées, du coup la chambre était immense. L’hôtel était quasiment vide, le service était impeccable. La localisation de l’hôtel n’est pas terrible, un peu au milieu de nulle part, mais à côté d’un grand parc. Le petit déjeuner était varié mais de mauvaise qualité.

un 4* qui reste 2 jours sans électricité. Donc sans climatisation, sans lumière, sans restaurant à 150 € la nuit c'est honteux et du vol.

Accueil peu avenant. Chambre spacieuse mais sol en lino peu esthétique.

Ok buen servicio

Un petit séjour en famille. Vraiment le lieu est très agréable, moderne et soigné.

Nous y reviendrons sans aucun souci !

Longue attente à l’accueil. Chambre attribuée pas faite. Niveau de confort ok mais aménagement très basique.
