Juste acceptable
Cons:

Un 4 étoiles tout juste au niveau d'un 3 étoiles (Propreté sdb, vétusté, tenue et propreté du personnel...) Pas de parking fermé sécurisé.

Mauvais entretien
Pros:

La climatisation fonctionnait correctement .
Le lit confortable.
Le silence (nous étions côté parking et non côté n10)

Cons:

La mauvaise foi du receptionniste qui a affirmé ne pas avoir ete appelé a l'interphone ni au telephone alors que devant lui nous avons appelé et cela fonctionnait bien ( il fallait appeler un numero lorsqu'on etait sur le parking derriere le bâtiment).
Le mauvais entretien de la chambre. Siège des wc non fixé , porte des toilettes faisant un grincement important. Obligé de demande à la réception de résoudre le pb. Ce qui a été fait. Mais qq chose d'aussi basic n'est pas acceptable sans un mercure 4*.

Pratique mais pas l’impression d’un 4 étoiles
Pros:

Propre, bon petit déjeuner, la bouteille à dispo et les fontaine à eau

Cons:

Pour un 4 étoiles, les équipements sont franchement moyen (pas de cafetière, juste du lyophilisée avec la bouilloire, pas de coton.. petit set pratique dans la salle de bain, boîte de kleenex vide, pas de Clim dans la salle de resto)

Impeccable and caring staff at a peaceful and family friendly hotel.
Pros:

Right away I could tell the staff was great. One of the managers, Jaciek, gave me a great room. He and his staff were really friendly and attentive. Kelvin and another gentleman at the bar would get me ice cubes at night. Everyone was super welcoming and always friendly, even though I could tell it was a busy weekend for them.
Jaciek was right about the air conditioning in my room. it was a little slow to get cool but after a few hours the room was cool enough for sleep in the middle of a heatwave.
The location was close to some decent restaurants ànd a large grocery store. if you have a car or hire a car its very easy to access places to go out or to get food/drink.
The breakfast looked really good but I didn't partake as I am not much of an eater in the morning.
The Nuxe shower and bath products were really nice as well.

Cons:

the hotel is in a 90s time warp. It doesn't need a complete make over but maybe a modern elevator and some new carpet. the air conditioners did work but they took a long time to get the room cool and they seemed fairly light weight. I was concerned as to how much longer they would last.
