De locatie is fenomenaal. Het hotel ziet er ook erg netjes uit voor een 3 sterrenhotel.

Cons:

De Wifi deed het aan het begin van het verblijf niet goed en de entreekaart tot de kamer moest 3 keer geactiveerd worden. De leuning van de trap in de kamer zit wat los en er zit behoorlijk wat stof in de badkamer en ook wat schimmel.

Il personale carino e competente

Cons:

Colazione inesistente, pochi prodotti e neanche di alta qualità.
Mi si è smagnetizzata 2 volte in 2 giorni la tessera per cui ho dovuto ritornare alla reception.
La camera piccola e con arredi vecchi, neanche l'acqua a disposizione in camera con frigobar vuoto.
Direi che è sufficiente!

contentos de haber disfrutado de Granada gracias a la ubicación. Muchas gracias.
Pros:

La acogida y el personal, muy agradable.
El desayuno, abundante, y el entorno, muy agradable.
La ubicación, ideal, en pleno corazón de Granada: cerca de todo y sin ruido por la noche, perfecto para descansar.

Cons:

Nos ha gustado todo del establecimiento.
El aparcamiento asociado, un poco complicado para entrar y salir, con riesgo de rozar o dañar el coche.

スタッフの方は皆フレンドリーで、親切でした。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かって頂き、安心して市内観光ができました。また、街の中心部にあり、観光するにも、食事をするにも全てがほぼ徒歩圏で、とても便利な場所でした。

Our stay at Hotel Anacapri was very enjoyable. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to provide helpful information.

Cons:

There are just a couple of small improvements that would enhance the guest experience. It would be very convenient to have a power outlet next to the kettle, as there is currently no socket nearby. This means the kettle has to be plugged into another outlet some distance away from the coffee station.

In addition, the minibar fridge in our room did not keep any of our food or drinks cold throughout our stay.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend the hotel.
