Good stay for 1 night. Good location for Parc Astérix and Chantilly. Nice bathroom, clean beds.
This hotel has the potential to be very good. The decor is really nice especially for a the price we paid . Offering a pool is a great bonus and looks nice from a far. We had a comfortable enough stay however we were glad it was for only two nights. The reception, pool area, hallways etc... are very dirty. It's a shame that no one pays attention to this as it it could be a great hotel. I wasn't sure the pool would be clean enough to use as the downstairs area was untidy and not attended too. The room itself again nice bathroom and decor but didn't smell fresh but this could have been because it had been very warm. The staff were friendly. The location is good for travelling if you know routes etc... or have a car. I think it's the best out of the hotels in that area however I think they need more staff for everything to look the way it should.
The staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast is outstanding.
Overall, we had a good experience. The only thing that could have been better was that our request for extra pillows wasn’t accommodated.
Arrived _very_ late (after midnight) after multiple Eurostar cancellations along with two other people, and the wonderful young woman on night duty looked after us so well, sitting us in the bar while she prepared the rooms, and so friendly and cheerful too. She deserves six starts out of five!

Well located hotel next to motorway and close to Asterix theme park.
Decent room. Staff was polite, and helped us with booking a 2nd night without notice.
Très bon Hotel ça fait plusieurs années que j'y réserve mes chambres il y a quand même un énorme problème, les douches pas de pression éviter par exemple la 202. Autrement rien à dire d'autre sur cette établissement sympathique
No air conditioning in the rooms yet as is to early they said but outside is 29 degrees.
Always the same issue in this place.
They locked the climate control in the rooms and you as a guest paying don’t have access to control the temperature.
Nice place but when comes to heat or cooling rooms they are very uncomfortable.

Très bon accueil, explications claires et précises. Les installations, que ce soit la salle de sport, le spa ou le sauna, sont très propres et pratiques. Si je peux me permettre, juste le matelas du canapé lit légèrement dur. Pour le reste, le service est à la hauteur du prix. J'y reviendrai sans problème !

Séjour exceptionnel
I found when entering the room, there was a strong smell of chlorine, like in a spa, but without the humidity. At least the window could be opened for ventilation. The floor had sand or some kind of debris, although overall, everything was clean.
