Séjour fraîcheur pour échapper à la canicule une journée.

Ruime kamers, fijne bedden, maar van een Mercure had ik meer verwacht

Cons:

We hadden het hotel uitgekozen omdat er een restaurant is. 2 dagen voor verblijf kregen we een email dat restaurant en bar vrijdag t/m zondag gesloten is.

Personeel bij de receptie is niet erg klantvriendelijk . Op de vraag of er een restaurant in de buurt was, was het antwoord dat ik maar op internet moest kijken.

Bij aankomst moest ik 50 euro betalen (hotel had ik al betaald, alleen een klein bedrag voor belastingen moest nog betaald worden) als voorschot voor services. Dat terwijl alles gesloten was en ik van geen enkele service gebruik kon maken. Bij vertrek zou dit verrekend worden. Dit gebeurde inderdaad met heel veel rompslomp. Niet fijn als je vroeg op pad wil.
