Good stay with many activities
Pros:

Great location and good hotel. The interiors are pretty and decorated very thoughtfully. There are farm animals there and other activities. They have many amenities like Golf practice range, tennis and basketball court, badminton court and indoor activities like foosball and pool table along with board games and many other games for children.
They even have a small fire pit that they lit at night and guests could enjoy marshmallows there. The outdoors are relaxing and a really nice pool.
The bar has a good variety of drinks.

Cons:

I however while booking wasn't aware I would find so many families with kids. It was a bit difficult to have silence there so not recommended for singles and couples without kids.
Also, my husband and I are vegetarian so they didn't have a lot of vegetarian options in breakfast except for bread and cereals. For dinner there were almost negligible option in vegetarian food. The staff did not know what were the ingredients in the dishes and one time they told us it was a veggie sandwich which turned out to have fish. Not suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Also, during check-in the staff failed to mention that guests were required to make reservation at their restaurant for lunch and dinner. We couldn't get lunch so we drove to a nearby Subway.

Pros:

L’environnement est très agréable. Les activités sont bien. Le staff est sympa mais semble un peu incompétent/pas sérieux.

Cons:

Pour deux fois le staff essaie de me faire payer le dîner alors que j’étais en demi pension. Je ne sais pas si c’est leur logiciel qui ne marche pas bien ou quoi mais c’est fatigant de se dire qu’il faut se méfier au risque de payer 2x la même chose.

Bel endroit, mais service inacceptable !
Pros:

Malgré que j’apprécie l’établissement, le personnel est très désagréable et manque de politesse, ce qui n’est pas acceptable pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Cette fois-ci, il y avait également de fortes odeurs d’égout dans la chambre, très dérangeantes. Enfin, la salle annexe du restaurant est décevante et ne correspond pas au standing d’un 4 étoiles.

Correct pour une visite de la région mais rapport qualité-prix insuffisant.

Cons:

Salle de restaurant annexe plus proche d'un hall de gare qu'une salle de restaurant d'un hôtel 4*
Rapport qualité prix trop faible, notamment pour le repas du soir.
Problème de propreté : une des serviettes de toilette était tâchée.

Très très agréable
Pros:

C’est un établissement charmant. Nous avons apprécié nous promener dans le bois, profiter du terrain de badminton, du billard, du petit salon avec orchestre. Le personnel était vraiment au pti soin, agréable, disponible, à l’écoute, souriant.

Cons:

Nous aurions bien profité de la piscine
