Pros:

Lokasinya sangat bagus, di depannya sudah ada kereta RER Line Val De Fontenay, mudah utk ke dalam kota dan waktu kami ke Disneyland, dengan mudahnya kami pulang ke Hotel hanya dalam waktu sebentar, karena line RER A nya melewati stasiun itu

Місце розташування дуже зручне біля лінії метро. Ідеально для туристів, які хочуть відвідувати і Діснейленд і Париж. Недалеко є торгівельний центр, але поруч магазинів більше немає. Персонал дуже доброзичливий, в ці спекотні дні всіх відвідувачів пригощали освіжаючим лимонадом. Номера чудові, чисті, дуже просторі, добре провітрювані

They don’t respond when you email or call
Pros:

I haven’t even arrived, but I have emailed them twice. I’ve called them. They don’t answer. I can’t get any response from my questions and I haven’t even arrived.

It’s just beside 2 RER lines, you can reach Paris center in 20 minutes.

Breakfast is good.

Cons:

Refrigerator is empty. You have to buy drinks from supermarket by yourself. There is a supermarket in 6 minutes, but you have to wait 20 minutes to pay.

Shower room is small.

Pros:

La camera spaziosa e accogliente, letti molto comodi, compreso il terzo letto; ampia doccia (anche se semiaperta e si bagna il pavimento); dispenser acqua potabile sempre disponibile nei corridori; bollitore con tè e caffè solubile disponibili gratuitamente in camera ma non ci sono bibite fresche nel frigobar; asciugacapelli vero disponibile all'interno dell'armadio; aria condizionata e televisore. La colazione di qualità, buoni prodotti ma poca scelta e varietà di dolce. Il punto forte della struttura è la posizione: la metro è proprio sotto ed è comodissima per andare direttamente a Disney e anche nel centro città in 15 minuti. Sempre sotto l'hotel è presente un centro commerciale con bar, ristoranti e negozi. Staff gentile e professionale.

Cons:

La pulizia della camera non proprio all'altezza dello standard internazionale Mercure/Accor. C'era polvere dappertutto al nostro arrivo e sangue di zanzare sulla porta del bagno e sul muro accanto al letto. Davanzale interno della finestra sporco. Asciugamani doccia piccolissimi. Il bagno molto piccolo e senza bidet, ma purtroppo in Francia è così dappertutto. Prezzo della colazione troppo alto rispetto all'offerta.
