Breakfast has very limited choices with only one type of vegetables

Hand-wash was empty for three days and nobody refilled it
No dental kit in the room

Only the lobby gives a good impression
1. The sofa beds in the rooms were super uncomfortable - even more than normal.
2. There were renovations going on, so it really felt like living in an isolated place. We were not aware of the renovations.
3. There was constant noise through tour the night of some alarm outside - perhaps a car. - at frequent intervals. We could not sleep the entire night because of the noise.
4. The breakfast was not good - there was not the variety that we have had at other Novotel locations. It was not even half the variety.
5. It was a hot day , so rooms were hot too but no air conditioning was there.
The overall experience was very uncomfortable. The holiday felt like punishment.
Beautiful hotel with territory and parking. The room was without a view, but nice. Breakfast is good. There is a large hall where you can spend your free time and the children are also very happy there. 15 minutes by car to Disneyland.
