Its near disneyland paris and that was our target as well so served its purpose.
Love the quiet environment the hotel was situated. It was close enough to other area we were visiting and did not have to drive too far for other amenities.
The shower could have been checked as it was leaking.
The staff are always helpful, the location is so convenient, the breakfast and atmosphere are fantastic, a really family friendly locale.

We loved this hotel. Wanted something to enable us to visit Paris and also Disneyland. It was perfect for the kids. The facilities, ambience, parking etc were all great. Food at the hotel restaurant was also very good.
This hotel should have scored 10/10 across the board. It delivered exactly what we hoped it would. The only reason I marked the hotel down was that when we returned to the room after our first day it had not been cleaned or towels replaced. Not an issue really, but given we pay for that service I was disappointed by the way the hotel handled it. I spoke to reception (Vincent) who could have quite easily turned the whole situation round by saying “we’re very sorry – can I offer you and your wife a drink at the bar” instead he smiled as if to say - that sometimes happens - and just gave me 4 towels. Very disappointing.
I have to say, all the other staff we encountered throughout the stay were all exceptionally helpful.

Le personnel du restaurant est vraiment au top ! Nous avons eu un excellent service, avec des personnes très aimables, souriantes et vraiment aux petits soins. C’est tellement agréable de se sentir bien accueilli et chouchouté. Cela fait vraiment plaisir ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. 😊
