Hôtel apprécié mais la climatisation nous a rendu le séjour un peu regrettable....
Pros:

Hôtel que nous connaissons bien et que nous apprécions ; par contre le jour de notre arrivée avec la canicule, la clim de la chambre marchant avec la clé électronique ne fonctionnait pas et c'était très désagréable....même souci au retour dans la nuit et le sommeil fut difficile à trouver avec la moiteur ambiante.
Super petit déjeuner dans un endroit frais.....

Cons:

La qualité de la clim nous a un peu gâché le séjour....

Pros:

De gordijnen hielden goed donker, het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, er was fris water met flessen (meestal) om mee te nemen naar de kamer en de airco was stil genoeg om doorheen te slapen.

Cons:

De yoghurt op zondagochtend was klonterig. Daarnaast waren en bij aankomst en na de dagelijkse kamer schoonmaak geen shampo of douchegel of aanvulling hiervan. Toen ik onder de douche stond, ging mijn man naar de balie voor zeep en shampo, maar dit werd verlegd naar de huishouding, waardoor ik 20 minuten heb moeten wachten en zelfs toen werd alleen douchegel gebracht, geen shampo. Wel van Rituals, dus lekker luxe, als het op tijd bijgevuld was geweest ergens over de 3 dagen dat wij de kamer hadden...

Pros:

La piscine même si celle ci n'est pas chauffée et le cadre sans le bruit environnant des voitures. A voir pendant les heures travaillées.

Cons:

L'impression que notre chambre a été attribuée à notre arrivée. Le petit frigo était non fonctionnel, et que la climatisation centralisée n'était pas suffisante pour rafraîchir la pièce.

Disappointing, considering the price and it’s a 4-star hotel.
Pros:

The staff at the reception was friendly.

Cons:

1) The restaurant was very disappointing. My food was served 30 minutes after my daughter’s meal. No eye for their customers either, the staff was arguing among themselves. The quality was also not good, considering the prices they handle. In short, don’t eat there.
2) The swimming pool was the reason we selected this hotel - to relax before or after visiting Paris. But this didn’t work out as the opening times were very limited: 11:00 - 20:00. Officially it opened at 10:00, but every day they had to perform hygiene tests, resulting in opening delays. Strange…
3) The room itself was large, but quality-wise not matching 4 star standards. I expected more.

Pros:

Hôtel climatisé avec piscine en cette période caniculaire très appréciable. Personnel agréable et disponible. Équipements de l'hôtel premium. Buffet du était déjeuner très alléchant !

Cons:

2 petits incidents au cours de notre séjour de 4 jours : 1 changement de chambre en milieu de séjour car la porte à carte magnétique ne se fermait plus. Et dans la nouvelle chambre, lavabo de la salle de bain bouché.

Een goede uitvalsbasis voor Disneyland.
Pros:

De locatie dichtbij Disneyland. Het ontbijtbuffet.

Cons:

Bij aankomst lag er een onderbroek in onze badkamer, alsook stof onder het bed. Na klacht hierover werd het opgelost en kregen we wel excuses en een kleine compensatie.
