Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The plugs in the room wasn't working well. Beds were uncomfortable. Small pillows were uncomfortable. Had a death in the family and had to leave a day early. Hotel couldn't refund the day we did not stay.

Great breakfast. Good hotel frontdesk staff.

Cons:

They just used strong smelling chemical clean room. The smell was so bad in the room. The front desk staff helped me to spray the air-fresh. It didn't work well.

Comfortable stay with great breakfast! Would stay here again.
Pros:

We checked in late in the evening for one night. Plenty of parking. Receptionist was very friendly. We had a room on the first floor. It was quiet and modern. Comfort bed. soft towels. Lots for breakfast - scrambled eggs, potatoes, waffles, mini donuts etc. We would stay here again.

Below average, spend a couple dollars more and stay at the holiday inn
Pros:

Upon checking in, the room that we were staying in was not discussed by the front desk prior to check in. Once discussed AFTER receiving payment, a 2 queen bed room was requested and we would pay the difference they said we could not upgrade. We asked if they had other rooms, they said yes but were not able to update. They said it was because it was booked through a 3rd party. Tried to contact booking but booking said to contact property so we were at a dead end. To solve this issue the hotel sent a fold up bed for an additional $15 to our room.

Cons:

How unprofessional the reception were. One of the ladies kept telling the other lady, "well your mom said we couldn't do it". I get that they are related but on a professional note, perhaps say the manager or something. They did not even try to upgrade our room even after saying we would pay for it. Room was smelly, microwave did not work-the door button would not work. The ac unit was not properly working. The wall thermostat was not working.
