Such a lovely waitress Christina in Radison Blue Hotel, so friendly and kind, real star ⭐ Never came across such a fantastic waitress
I'm was made to feel very welcome by Elvis on the front desk and he was very professional and incredibly friendly
He is a credit to the hotel and it is a pleasure to recognise his efforts
first of all, totally different situation for the restaurant and the rooms. The restaurant and open area is I would say are pretty nice and I had no major complaints overall found them pleasant. But the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. I mean, they are decades old I tried two separate rooms and the second one which was supposedly an upgrade had terrible furniture. There were even mold spots on the art in the room. Worn and dirty carpet, damaged furniture, etc. I went back to the first room, which was extremely far away from everything you essentially go on a giant circle around the hotel but it’s on the second floor so there is no way to get back down to the lobby without walking very far. I did not choose to stay here, but rather was booked there due to a flight delay that required overnight accommodation so it was booked through the airlines. I just wish that they would renovate their rooms and then it would be a good option near the airport.
Had a two night stay between flights to have as a base to visit London city.
Had lunch and dinner in the restaurant, staff member Stelian was fantastic, he really made our visit great.
They were out of quite a few food/drink options as menu was changing, pizza tasted like a frozen one reheated, was really terrible. Caesar salad was excellent.
Dinner we just ordered the hot brie share plate and fries. Cheese was excellent and fries were barely warm. Wine was excellent. Just so crazy expensive, burger and chips is 25 UK Pounds.
Room was clean, shower was in a very narrow high bath so not advisable for those not so steady. We were told there was a free shuttle bus to the airport at 6:02am but we were charged 13 UK Pounds each just FYI and it arrived at 6:45am.
Lovely hotel, very clean rooms and great food. Had a very warm welcome from Steedra on reception who was able to kindly answer all our questions. Would definitely stay here again.
It was 46 degrees outside. The hotel has no heat. It was freezing in there and not the first time at this hotel. I had to sleep with my jacket and hood on
Great first experience at the radisson blu before our early flight the next day. We were checked in by Elvis who made us feel very welcomed and gave us two free drinks at the bar. We will be back in the future. Thanks Elvis!
We were booked in by BA after our flight was cancelled late at night. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. We liked the firm mattress on the bed in our comfortable room. Breakfast proved a range of choices including fresh fruit, and the set dinner satisfied our needs.
I spent one night while traveling so my experience is limited to the hotel itself.
The hotel is gorgeous. The service was excellent. They have a wonderful veggie brioche on the menu for the vegetarians.
There was no noise. The room was clean. It was a pleasure staying for the one night I was there.
We had a delayed flight by British Airways and mist our connection flight, but thanks to Shane and Milosha and their great service we had finally some positive experience and a comfortable stay here. They are 100% Customer oriented, friendly and efficient, gave us a beautiful room and all the information needed for the day and the stay.
The food was also delicious.
So if you need a nice place close to Heathrow Airport try Radisson Blu.
I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu and had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to the incredible staff. I want to give a special shout-out to Steedra. She was absolutely amazing—very kind, welcoming, and went out of her way to be helpful throughout my stay.
Quite a grand size hotel with a large decorative lobby and good size car park.
We chose the Radisson blu mainly for the location to Heathrow's Terminal 5 for our following day's flight, and with the added bonus of on site EV overnight charging.
The evening meals were very nice, and the room comfortable.
Friendly and helpful staff too.
Will return again.
Absolutely horrible admin here, not only did they send me on a wild goose chase because they were saying they "couldn't find my booking" despite it being right there, i had to pay for 3 taxis trying to find the booking as they were so persistent my booking was elsewhere. Went back to the Radisson Blu Heathrow only for them to say actually the booking was indeed here. I have emailed customer service 5 TIMES and still no response. The customer service here is horrible and seem to deny themselves of any accountability.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.Especially Arminda was really helpful and fulfill requirements then and there with a beautiful kind hearted smile. Keep it up the good work.
This review is long over due, as we stayed at Radisson Blu in August last year but we had an incredible experience. The room was always cleaned well and the staff was very accommodating. One lady in particular, Edyta was amazing. I believe she was a manager, we’d see her every morning and her presence was warm and welcoming. There was also a lovely waiter whose name we didn’t get but he was lovely and chatty (I believe we were discussing the Coldplay concert at some stage). Overall, we’d highly recommend!!!
5 star for everything. Cleanliness, decor, services and a special mention to Nimu who assisted us so readily with our many requests and always with a smile.
Stayed here due to delayed travel with British Airways. Lovely experience overall. Edyta was 10/10 in the dining room.
We had a fantastic experience at Sky Brasserie at the Radisson Blu Heathrow. The salmon, highly recommended by Christina, was outstanding and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was excellent throughout our visit.
Christina truly made the experience special. She was professional, friendly, and welcoming, always serving with a genuine smile. What impressed us most was how she gave every guest the same level of care and attention, making everyone feel equally valued.
Thank you, Christina — we will definitely return. Highly recommended.
Was super lucky. I had made a booking error and booked the wrong dates. Shane was able to help me promptly and book and check me into a room very quickly. I am super grateful and lucky that there could accommodate and offer an upgrade and breakfast as well.
Room is spacious, which is essential when you are repacking your suitcase and very close to the airport. It was very comfy and clean.
Breakfast team was very friendly and welcoming.
Everyone was energetic and friendly.
The hotel itself is fairly nice and the bar area we used was pleasant. Credit where it’s due: the staff were excellent. After flight cancellations, they were very quick and efficient at getting us into our room, which we really appreciated.
The room itself was okay, quite outdated but relatively clean, so acceptable for a short stay. However, things went downhill from there. We were disappointed to find that the other bar was closed due to it being the “festive season”, which felt like a poor excuse given how busy the hotel was.
The biggest let-down by far was the dinner buffet. Frankly, it was a disgrace. They were only serving 2 types of curry including chicken curry which didn’t even look like chicken. It smelt strongly of fish, was extremely watery, and was served with frozen vegetables, genuinely like a prison meal. On top of that, there was hardly any seating available. We were taken to a room at the back and asked to sit at a table with other people already on it, canteen-style, in a freezing cold room. It was uncomfortable and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
I genuinely can’t fault the staff at all. They were helpful and polite throughout. Unfortunately, everything else was very disappointing. Overall, not an experience I’d rush to repeat.
