Excellent Service. Cannot ask for anything more.
Chritina is such an amazing person. Made my dinner memorable. Excellent food, excellent atmosphere.
I came to London for business related matter. I am from Tanzania, among all the places I have stayed and visited, my stay at Radisson Blu Hotel is the best experience in London.
Food was delicious, reception was very welcoming and supportive.
My dinning experience was amazing, Christina made me not to worry.
Appreciate her support and charming smile.
Thanks for having me and look forward to stay again at the hotel.

We were staying on route to our holiday. The lady on reception was extremely helpful and upgraded our room as she spotted it was my birthday coming up. So Morgan you made our stay very enjoyable as you didn’t realise it was our wedding anniversary and the suite was perfect..
we also eat in the restaurant and the staff were very helpful and attentive.
Thanks

Thank you
Make sure you ask for a table the opposite side of the bar so you get Christina as your waitress. She is quite simply a star!
Overnight stay due to early flight. Majority of the staff was friendly, however, Christina in the restaurant was fabulous, her friendly and attentive manner made us feel very comfortable and well cared for. She recommended a different drink, which I really found pleasing and it will be my firm favourite now. The food we ordered was really nice, tasty and surprisingly good portions at a fair price. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the hotel was very clean and well kept. Definitely will stay here again when next Heathrow flight dictates.
Very clean and quiet room. The restaurant was very comfortable and Christina was a fantastic waitress. She recommended the sticky toffee for dessert and it did not disappoint! Great experience overall.
Exceptional service Highlight for us was the dining experience, food excellent only surpassed by the amazing service from Christina, a true asset and the reason we will return.
Best receptionist we’ve ever met!! Dhruti is friendly, polite and professional. She is a great welcoming face front of house. Thank you Dhruti
Christina is a gem 💎, great service and super friendly
I got to this hotel by taking a local bus from Heathrow Central Bus Station to New Road and then walking a few minutes. From getting in the bus to entering the lobby it was just under 10 minutes total. Unfortunately, there is no underground station anywhere near here; the nearest one that can be reached on foot is Hatton Cross, walking to which took 45 minutes. Or one can pay for a bus back to Heathrow Central Bus Station.
The lobby and ground floor of the hotel are in general lovely. Further up, not so much. The carpeting in upstairs hallways was frayed and and a bit dingy. Even in the room there was no escaping the impression that the carpet had seen better days. The room in general did not live up to its billing; I'd been upgraded to something that sounded magnificent, but I could find nothing terribly special. The shower was in the bathtub, the glass shower wall only ran half the length of the tub, and there was no handheld shower head. The only electrical outlet in the bathroom was strictly for shavers, and on one side of the bed there outlets at all. On the other side of the bed there was one, but placed oddly distant.
The elevators were also an issue. At the elevator bank for my room, there were only two lifts, and one did not work during my stay. Non-working hotel elevators are a bête noire of mine. The one lift that did work was excruciatingly slow; one thinks one has arrived at one's destination, but the elevator is just decelerating at a snail's pace. And then it has the gall to announce that the doors are opening before they finally do.
Housekeeping rang my door at 13:30, despite the do-not-disturb sign AND the do-not-disturb light. My checkout time, agreed on arrival, was 14:00, and my key card had been programmed accordingly, but housekeeping was oblivious or indifferent to this. This is a rather fundamental failure of the hotel.
Breakfast consisted strictly of the usual items (two types of sausages, hash browns, broiled mushrooms, broiled tomatoes, beans in tomato sauce, bacon). Fortunately, vegetarian sausages as well as eggs sunny side up could be requested. Fresh fruit was not writ large here and I only saw one banana far and wide. There were cheap lunch meats, but forget about salmon or herring.
The only saving grace of the hotel was the very well-equipped fitness facilities. It was essentially a full gym with space and equipment for strength and cardio training as well as stretching/aerobics. The gym disposed of a full set of dumbbells all the way up to an impressive 34 kg, and on top of that there were dumbbell pairs weighing 40 and 45 kg.
On the basis of the gym, I had been going to give a rating of four stars, but housekeeping nixed that by ignoring the do-not-disturb request. Three stars it is.
As always, a wonderful stay at the raddison blu at Heathrow, from check in with the lovely and dapper Dev, who went above and beyond to ensure that myself and all other guests that he encountered had the best check in experience possible, to the absolutely amazing Christina in the restaurant who handled her entire section admirably, remembering each and every guest and delivering top notch service for all of us in lightning time, and both of them with welcoming and homely smiles on their faces!
I adore staying here and at any radisson because the rooms are always impeccable, and most importantly, the staff all seem genuinely happy to be working there, which makes it much easier to support a large cooperation!
A last minute booking at the airport for us to recover from a long flight.
Exceptional value and easy to find and use. Easy check-in with great service on the desk from Dhruv.
Room was upgraded, spotlessly clean and more than fit for purpose.
During my recent stay, I dined at the Radisson Blu hotel restaurant, the server Christina is such a sweet heart. She is very attentive, provided good service and very friendly. I will definitely visit again in the future.
We booked this as a hotel and car parking bundle for a weekend away in Sweden. The hotel is conveniently located, and booking the Hotel Hoppa bus as part of the package got us a discount to transfer to/from Terminal 3 and worked a treat (use the H2R bus route).
Shane on reception made us feel very welcome and was very helpful. We had a pleasant meal in the Brasserie and a good comfortable nights sleep despite our need for an early start over to the airport.
Will definitely use this service again next time we travel from Heathrow.
First impressions count... Arrived at Radisson Blu Heathrow Airport at 22.30 following a 5 hour drive from Carlisle. Greeted by friendly and smiling reception team and was checked in by Amrita. Having found out I had driven 5 hours without a stop at the Services en route, Amrita kindly offered me a glass of water, which was like a chilled oasis in a glass! After the second glass, I was directed to my ground floor deluxe room with as comfortable a bed as I've experienced at any hotel, never mind a "captive audience" airport establishment. Good job Radisson Blu and thank you Amrita for your kindness to a weary traveller. Will definitely be back.
Lovely hotel in a great location. The highlight was dinner in the Restaurent where we were served by the lovely Christina who went above and beyond to serve us and make our evening special. Thanks so much Christina you are an asset to the hotel and the food was great too!!
Check in was very efficient, the reception staff member was very friendly and welcoming. We had dinner in the restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food was good and the service was excellent. Christina was exceptional, a lovely lady that knows how to do hospitality, well done Christina!
Good deal on stay and parking
Large rambling place but friendly and professional welcome
Good quiet room with large bathroom and nice accessories (losing a point for slightly tired bathtub)
Not there for long enough to try any of the amenities but will certainly use again
Very close to airport, about £15 for uber (with tip).
Clean & quiet room.
Shane (checked us in) was very helpful.
Gym is great, lots of equipment.
Parking easy & plenty of spaces.
Exactly what we needed. Will stay again.
Fantastic stay — spotless rooms, friendly staff, great location, and a breakfast that set me up for the day. Would happily return
