Douche kapot alles liep over
Waren doodmoe blij we uitgepakt hadden
Gemeld zeiden andere kamer.... zag niet zitten alles weer in te pakken kids wakker te maken

Appartement without kitchen or kitchenette???
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Bedroom and bathroom very good as well as renovation of the house.

Cons:

The appartement we booked has no kitchen or kitchenette. Why they call it appartement than??? With extra payment they booked us to a house which was good.
Whirlpool and infrared sauna in wellness were not working, already for a long time I heard. Why????

Die Lage und Ausstattung war sehr schön.

Cons:

Kein Aufzug im Haus.Nichts für ältere und kranke Leute.
Wenig Auswahl an Menüs im eigenen Restaurant aber die Preise dafür sind total überteuert.

Pros:

Die Ziemer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet aber es gibt paar Ecken die man unbedingt sauber machen müsste zb Spinnen an der Decke.. Der kleine Glass Tisch würde überhaupt nicht gereinigt… Staub an der Kante von dem Möbel …

Cons:

In der Sauna wird kein Mülleimer geleert 🥹Wasser stand vor der Dusche bin fast ausgerutscht…

Pros:

Der Service war sehr gut.
Die Lage war sehr gut.
Der Service war Klasse.

Cons:

Das in einem Wellnesshotel leider keine Massagen zur Verfügung standen, bzw. eine Masseurin ausgebucht war.
Es war leider nur eine Sauna an.
Der Pool war doch arg kühl.

Pros:

Winterberg ist ein toller Ort für Sommersport.

Cons:

Das Parkhaus ist ungünstig gebaut, es gibt einen niedrigen Balken, für den es keinen Warnhinweis gibt und den ich beim Öffnen der Kofferraumklappe übersehen habe. Das Hotel sieht die Schuld für die Kratzer alleine bei mir.

I missed a bin, a potato knife and washing up liquid in kitchen. Only one dishwasher tab, could have been 2-3.
