Please note that the garage parking fee is only applicable from mid-December to the end of February. It is free during the rest of the year.

Guests traveling by car and using a GPS are advised to program the trip via Interlaken. The shorter route via Sigriswil includes a road which is closed in winter and is also not recommended in summer.

When booking a unit with breakfast included, please note that the use of the kitchenette in the apartments is not included in the rate. It can be arranged at an extra charge of CHF 40 per stay.

Die Aussicht ist schlicht atemberaubend und verleiht dem gesamten Aufenthalt eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir an der Rezeption äusserst herzlich und professionell empfangen, sodass man sich sofort willkommen fühlte. Auch der Zimmerservice liess keine Wünsche offen und überzeugte durch seine Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener und sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Der Service im Restaurant war leider enttäuschend! Das Personal wirkte überfordert und unfreundlich. Beim Abendessen warteten wir über eine Stunde auf die Vorspeise, beim Frühstück rund 15 Minuten auf die Tischzuweisung, trotz nicht voller Auslastung. Insgesamt fehlte es da deutlich an Herzlichkeit.

Das Zimmer hat und gut gefallen. Schönes Ambiente auch in der Bar, sehr gemütlich unter dem Tag dort Spiele machen und Cocktails geniessen. Sehr schöne Sauna Landschaft.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat und gut gefallen. Am ersten Abend mussten wir 1 Stunde warten auf das Nachtessen, da wäre eine Info super gewesen. Am zweiten Abend haben wir erfahren, dass es krankheitsbedingt Ausfälle hatte. Für das haben wir vollsten Verständnis, aber es wäre besser die Info vorher zu bekommen.

Everything was perfect. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staffs were very helpful. Food was great. Facilities were great and perfect for children, kids really enjoyed them. Quite easy to reach from Interlaken station. Will definitely come back
