Es war eine tolle Lage&die Therme sehr schö

Die Lage ist toll und die Therme auch.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind keine Deluxezimmer und die Betten unbequem.
Das Essen im Restaurant total überteuert.
Und beim Frühstück keine sauber gedeckten Tische,erst nach Aufforderung…

Ein schönes Hotel
Gute Lage und der anliegende Spa war sehr praktisch und großzügig. Personal war sehr nett !

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage in dieser warmen Region ist eigentlich ein no Go. Das Zimmer war in der oberen Etage sehr aufgeheizt.
Nicht besonders gut gereinigt.
Frühstück: mittelmäßiger Standard.

Hôtel apprécié mais notre CHAMBRE était NON CLIMATISEE. ATTENTION en été et aux fortes chaleurs !
Pros:

L'emplacement dans la forêt à 2 pas des Thermes, par le souterrain de l'hôtel, est un véritable atout. Le jardin, la terrasse, la salle des petits déjeuners et celle du restaurant sont soignés. La cuisine du diner est de bon gout ainsi que celle du petit déjeuner. La chambre était confortable et très propre. Toutefois, il y a un point qui ne nous a absolument convenu : la chambre n'était pas climatisée.
Cependant l'hôtel a reconnu en toute transparence qu'il s'agissait d'un inconvénient majeur et donc il ne nous a pas fait payer le seconde nuit réservée et le petit déjeuner. Nous les en remerciant. Nous y retournerons certainement mais en automne et en hiver car ce lieu correspond à nos attente.

Il n'y a pas de climatisation des chambres , c'est fort regrettable pour un hôtel de ce standing. Effectivement, la mention pour la climatisation des chambres n'est pas indiquée dans le descriptif ; Il aurait fallu comprendre qu 'en ce cas, c'est bien qu'il n'en y ait pas. Néanmoins, j'estime que si cet hôtel assume aussi facilement ce fait , c'est un choix qui lui appartient mais alors sa mention en gros caractères dans le descriptif serait plus honnête. Nous avons raccourci notre séjour pour cette raison car la nuit a été insupportable tant il faisait chaud malgré le petit ventilateur que l'hôtel avait mis à notre disposition.

Pros:

- Frühstück sehr gut und vielfältig
- Sehr gute Verbindungen mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt
- Keidelbad war sehr schön und zum Sprudeln, Entspannen super. Direkter Zugang vom Hotel.
- Das Zimmer war sauber. Bad sah eher neu aus.

Cons:

- Das Zimmer war sehr heiss. Wir hatten 24h das Fenster offen. Dann ging es etwas besser.
- Bett war durchgelegen und hart.
