Excellent Value, Great Location
Pros:

Great location, clean, comfortable. We stayed at the Hyatt Place across the street last summer and tried Gold Lead this year. It was significantly less expensive, super clean, beds were very comfortable, staff was very nice, and it’s on the ocean side of the highway. We will be back for sure!

Pros:

closeness to beach

Cons:

We are senior citizens and were put as far away as we could have been from elevator. The bathroom floor was so slippery that my partner fell and broke a bone in her wrist and elbow. also the parking garage is too narrow.

Pros:

The location is the main draw. Rooms are clean and comfy. Free, ample parking.

Cons:

The common areas (lobby, elevator) need multiple daily moppings with all the sand and dust dragged in by the beach goers. Overall, the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint and some interrior decoration touches. Staff at the front desk could be more welcoming and at least say good morning to the guests walking by.

Great hotel right by the beach!
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and staff was extremely friendly. Love how it is walking distance to the beach!

Cons:

Breakfast would have been nice. Not sure why it was removed as I've stayed here in the past and it was offered.
